Small room but king bed very comfortable. Easy access to local sights and trails.

The Bodega Inn staff was amazing. I had a serious issue working with Expedia, whose services I will never use again, but the staff at the property were really helpful and accommodating.

Such a great place to stay! I really enjoyed our room. We had an amazing view and walking in to the room there was calm music playing with the door slightly cracked for fresh air. It was great!! Would definitely stay there again!

I got a text about 3-4 hrs before I arrived, saying I could check in early if I wanted. I was thrilled as I was not feeling well.

This hotel has a ton of potential, but it’s definitely not in the right hands right now. The place needs a ton of work from minor cosmetic appearances to complete Bathroom remodels. One of our windows feel out of track in the bathroom, I couldn’t get the shower curtain rod to stay up for the life of me, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, etc etc… I do want to point out that Andy, the front desk clerk was awesome! He was very accommodating, had a great friendly demeanor and was always very helpful. But the rest of the place needs an owner who will put a few $$$ back into their investment.

Loved this pet friendly location. Having a common area snack and outdoor dining area is brilliant and the staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Me and my fur babies will definitely stay there again for future adventures.

The staff at the desk were beyond helpful. They are a major reason I would stay here again. Location is cool as you can walk down to the bay and there are a couple of good restaurants there like Gourmet Abey, and next to the hotel is Terrapin Creek Cafe-make a reservation! The hotel needs a hot tub, and my room smelled a little like smoke. I liked the common area kitchen.

Check in was easy, they texted our room number with a code to open the door ( this was nice). Our room was very basic : no phone to contact anyone for help if you needed anything; no mini fridge for food storage; no microwave ; and no coffee pot. They did have a kitchen in the main building where you can get coffee but this wasn't convenient. One last thing the alcove in the shower had what looked to be mold otherwise the room served it's purpose.

It was a nice place but considering the price of $300 a night. I expected more. Did not have a coffee maker in the room. Had to go outside to another building to get coffee. the room came with the bare minimum.

Very rustic! Dog poop all over gravel parking lot. You track gravel into your room everytime you come into the room. Your always walks on a sandy gravely floor and now your drag your dirty feet in bed with you. No chairs or furniture just a bed and a bathroom.

Room was immaculate and comfortable. We had a spacious deck overlooking property and creek. Very quiet. Our room was in a casita away from main property and there’s no hard scape on the ground so we had to muck around in the mud. No in-room refrigerator. Coffee room fun and well appointed.

Private fenced deck overlooking canyon. You can hear the ocean waves. First trip in new car was a success!! Staff friendly and helpful. Visited Childrens Bell Tower, our dog very much enjoyed the views and trip

We stayed in a room separate from the main building with a private wrap-around deck. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable. The inn itself is a little rough around the edges, finishes a little funky, but clean and comfortable. Got what seemed like a barrage of texts promoting extras before we arrived. Missed the one about self check-in, and the manager seemed miffed that she had to actually talk to us and point that out. But otherwise, enjoyed our stay. Great selection on the in-room TV.

The property was beautifully nestled back from the road. We loved the cafe nextdoor and the quick walk to eateries. Just a short trip to Doran beach or Portuguese beach to play.

It was lovely and clean with very friendly and accommodating staff. The grounds were beautifully kept and it's within walkable distance to the Marina. We'll definitely stay there again if it continues to stay affordable.

Lovely room, not what we were expecting. My wife and I are working while travelling and specifically look for properties with space and facilities to support work, like desk or tables. Pictures for the room choice at Bodega Bay Inn clearly show a desk. No desk or table was available and no alternatives offered other than a room 1/4 mile away that cost more.

Wonderful staff. Rooms small

The property was unique in that it was in 3 separate, but close areas. The self-serve kitchenette area had a sunroom roof. Lots of bright light. Room was comfy & spacious with a private balcony. Good water and clean. Only objection was that the curtains seemed mildewed at top. Not stinky icky though. Coffee shop next door has good coffee. Terrapin Restaurant is delicious!

We registered online as a pet friendly hotel. When we called in were charged an extra $30. because of the small dog. When we arrived we were put in a building out back it didn't look real apeasing. Once we got in it wasn't that bad.

The only negatives were: that we couldn’t get an early check in and there were beer cans and other trash on the outside of our room by the side of the building. Nice room with a great balcony, with a shower but no bathtub. Also, would be nice to have at least a coffee maker, microwave, or fridge. Overall, a great spot, but very basic amenities.
