Walls are very thin a lot of banging up stairs.

Good hotel. No complaints. General Manager that checked me in is super sweet and helpful. Would return.

The hotel is a dirt pit, from the front door to the urine stain bathroom. Stain on the sheets, dried urine on the toilet. The soap scum on the shower walls had to be at least 3 inches thick. Please take this hotel off your list. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and purchase towels because theirs had holes and did not appear clean.

The bed was very comfortable. The AC was cold but needed cleaning. It was a good night good hot water

When booked Hotels.com said it was 10 minutes from location we were visiting. It was 40 minutes. people above loud stomping all night. No towels in room. When went to front desk was given 1 face towel. No one ever at front desk. Horrible stay.

DO NOT BOOK! FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS This is/was the worst place we could’ve booked! Let’s start that is a low low low class MOTEL! Filthy, disgusting, you can’t breathe inside. The sheets look like they were picked from the streets , the walls are filthy stained with shoe marks and god knows what else! There is no smoke alarm! They are all ripped from the wall and the wires are hanging!!!!! The whole place smells like cigarettes, the carpet is sticky and filthy, the toilets are clogged, the air conditioner unit on the wall was completely rusted ! Etc etc ! I can’t express how upset I am ! We lost money and our points over this filthy place! The hotel doesn’t even look like the pics online! Stay away from it! God knows what happens in that place at nights!

This place looked really nice upon entrance but the cleanliness was horrible! The carpet was damp and the bathroom was just disgusting! There was visible feces on toilet and they had the nerve to have toliet seat lifted as if it was clean! Transerred to another room and toilet was the same exact way!

The property is very old and not clean. Things on the wall. The sink leaks. Brown stains in shower and toilet. Holes in the sheets on the bed. Had to go buy sheets to sleep on. Sheets stained heavily. Ciagerette smoke all through the halls. The room has not been cleaned throughly at all. The front desk staff is not concerned about cleanliness. People are in and out of this hotel all night. Will not come ever again do I not recommend.

Unfortunately my husband was checked into the hospital in New Orleans the day we arrived. We tried to cancel our reservations thru Expedia, she was helpful but the property would not refund our money. This was not something we planned to spend our vacation at the hospital but it happened. Not happy about this refund situation and will certainly tell people about our experience.

Extremely dirty room, bathroom and chair. Blankets had cigarette burns. We end up using our own blankets that we were carrying in the car.

The receptionist, who checked me in, put me in a room that already had guests checked in. The staff tried to inspect my room to make sure i was a clean guest. Some indian guy, in pajamas, would come out of the office and stare at you when you approached the desk. He wouldnt help or even speak, just stare at you.

Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Very unhappy with my stay. No fresh coffee in the lobby. The worker looks annoyed and unhappy if you ask them a question or ask for fresh coffee. He literally put all of the coffee and supplies away. Beyond rude, no customer service. I had to stay here unfortunately as it was the cheapest room in that particular area. They need CS skills. Kindness goes a long way.

Forced to stop, ( blow out on trailer) was next to the Walmart to get new tire in morning on way to Texas. A pajama clad couple who very much looked under the influence of heavy drugs hanging outside of front door. Hotel stunk of pot and cigarettes, dogs barking from rooms, very sketchy guests, possible live there. Burn holes all over linens, smoke detector wrapped in plastic, extra lock on door appeared to have been kicked in, ashes all over nightstand, some blue gel on shower walls. Did not undress, did not shower, slept in clothes on top off linens. Left at 6am to wait for Walmart to open. Desk guy was nice, felt bad for him dealing with the clientele. Gas station attendant we walked to for food/drinks said go back to room, lock door, don’t come out til am. We travel ALOT and have never felt so disgusted by a hotel or unsafe ! We really expected for our truck to have a smashed window and be robbed when went to sleep. I’m sorry but DO NOT stay here.

Easy to find

Staff was very courteous

No hot water at all, shower curtain rod falling off the walls. Crusting circle in carpet. No coffee maker. Check in clerk asking weird questions, if I was alone. Strange men hanging around outside. Noisy in hallway in middle of the night.

The cleaning lady was very sweet and made a very good job. The rest of the staff just ignored you. But after all good value for money.

The only bad thing about the stay was that the bed waa super hard and i didn't get a good night sleep
