This was a one night stay on our way home. Check in was easy, and Jennifer at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the night was quiet, and we would stay there again.

Hotel was ok. It was definitely very outdated and the rooms needed alot of maintenance. Service was good, breakfast was below average for sure.

Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was great! The room was small but met all of my needs and expectations. I was traveling solo so it met my needs but would have been tight (but manageable) with my other half. The grounds were beautiful and clean. Quiet, set back and safe.

Much nicer than the usual budget hotel. Room was nice but all of the staff were cheerful and friendly. Liked that the breakfast didn’t have the typical yucky eggs but had 2 waffle stations and had sweet rolls and muffins.

The hotel is old and showed signs of that. It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small. Sink and toilet low . Basic continental breakfast. TV small. We just stayed for one night. It was OK but probably won’t go back.

it was fine. im not much of a traveler and dont really stay at hotels alot. the bed was comfortable but im the kind that just feels best in my own bed but it was a good stay. i wish i had more towels which i asked for and i wish the breakfast was a little more than just waffrles and coffee so that was a bit of a downer but all in all id go back next year for the same event i went to.

I believe the lady at the desk during check in was Stephanie, she was very friendly. They accommodated our request for our rooms to be close together and for a pack n play. Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Some beds were creaky and some chairs were a bit worn down.

The room was great. The hotel was great. The service was crap. When we arrived the only person working the desk was outside smoking and watched us walk in yet made us wait for about 10 minutes while she finished. Then at checkout nobody could be found at all working the desk so I had to just toss the keys to the room behind the counter on her desk.

Our room had a bad odor when we walked in. The bathroom was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling and a mat .When we tried to checkout the lady was on her cell phone fighting with someone and we waited for p minutes before she ever came and checked us out. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Pretty clean overall. Customer service was great and very friendly. Beds and pillows were too firm and lumpy to my liking.

The sink in the bathroom had multiple cracks. It looked like some kind of patch had been done and when it dried it crackled.
Could hear people through the walls. Several of the ladies in our group commented on that and also how “tight” the rooms were. Saying that’s why it was called “Micro” hotel.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in my whole life. Short hairs all over the bathroom door/ shower and floor, and very dirty carpet. Got out as soon as we could

Our room 212,needed many updates. Bathroom sink cracking, toilet lose, shower/tub needs replaced, old. Needs caulking. Bed skirting torn several places. TV above closet that was terribly dusty, most likely housekeeping couldn't see it. Microtel usually better thann this. Weve stayed at many Wyndham hotels, not happy with this one. Check in was easy online, lobby and dining area was clean fresh, surprised at the condition of the room.

Needed a quick place to crash for our drive back home. We got in around 1230 at night. Beds were scuffed up. There was a big in the sink. Beds were worn down and slumping in the middle. Did not complain bc I was there for a total of 6 hours to get sleep.

The most notable thing was the humidity inside the room. I had to set the AC to 68 to keep it running to get the room bearable.

I reserved through Expedia and paid but when got there the Expedia payment reservation was not there yet so I had to pay motel with card now Expedia will not refund money.

I really enjoyed my stay. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was EXCELLENT from my first interaction and throughout my stay. The room was clean and fresh. The only thing was it being outdated, but it was not a huge concern.

Front desk staff is wonderful -- helpful and friendly. Left very early (5am) and Verona made it so pleasant even at that early hour. Also, unfortunately I left a shopping bag in the room and rec'd a call from Julie. What great guest relations!!

Old, Dated, cracks in tiles bathroom. Facilities are not kept up. The hotel was highly rated on its website, yet in person looked like an older super 8. Evening staff were great during late check in. Morning staff, lady was completely dismissive when I asked for a copy of my bill due to using a “ third party” ( Expedia ) to book the room. She had no record of anything I paid. Yet the girl the night before pulled me right up in the system and took my id and credit card info. It was like her pay was docked b/c I got my room via Expedia. Her attitude was poor.

There is a bracket protruding from the bed frame in room 104 that is painful when you walk into in the dark.
The desk clerk was very nice as was the breakfast host.

The beds were old and very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was also old and the room became extre humid after showers. The rooms need maintenance. The carpet was dirty, and the room had an overall stinky smell.
