Check in was easy room was comfortable pretty quit being next to the airport food was good had there burger from there kitchen I would stay here again for sure. But one thing I did notice is there is not really parking for vehicles pulling trailers

The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. We were surprised with the cable selection lol.
I only wish that there was room service but the mini store and bistro had a great selection of food and drinks.

Everything was fine but I have one whiney complaint. The TV is hard to see from the bed. I like to watch TV in bed. Otherwise it was ok....decent shower....breakfast and coffee were expensive but it tasted good. I'd have preferred a breakfast buffet but whatever. I probably would not stay here again because of the tv and paying for having to pay for breakfast.

First room apparently didn’t have hot water and the door latch didn’t work properly.
Couldn’t get hot water in second room. Maintenance guy got the water warm enough for a shower but it was inconsistent.

Very good staff. Property was tucked near airport so not an area you would want to do things in but convenient enough to nice areas with a car. Quiet despite proximity to airport.

What a terrible experience! Not only was there no hot water, but the hotel also mistakenly charged me over $1000. A Hugh mess.

There was no hot water in our room. It was lukewarm at best. My wife toughed it out. I’ve only cold showered when absolutely necessary and no other options. I brought this to the attention of the front desk for future resolution.

We had to leave for the airport at 4 a.m., so we chose to go by shuttle rather than have our family inconvenienced.
People at reception were friendly and helpful checking in and out. We had a great shuttle experience to the airport: driver was helpful with our bags and knowledgeable about a convenient drop off location for our airline.

The facility itself is very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. I have to hit on the cleanliness a little. Most of it was perfect. But one of the beds in our room had some cracker bits and some type of sauce on the sheets. Easy as getting some new bedding but it was 2am after a long trip and long show so I just took that sheet off and went to sleep. Everything else was perfect and they really have a nice set up. I don’t even remember if I mentioned it to them in the morning. Was still pretty tired but my only complaint and I can see it being a big point for a lot of people

Check-in and check-out was so easy. Room was clean and spacious. The matress was uncomfortable to me, my husband and my daughter.

So far so good. The floor of our room was soaked with water about 4 ft out from AC. I called the front desk and they moved us immediately.

The stay was fine. But it would have been nice if the shuttle would have actually picked us up. We wait for almost an hour(in the shuttle service hours, I checked after arriving) in the heat, and they never showed. We had to take an Uber instead because I was tired of sweating and the hotel also would not answer their phone. That is ridiculous

Well located and well equipped. I was especially impressed with the fitness room with the selection and condition o equipment.
The rooms were also well equipped and beds were comfortable.
The airport shuttle is on a on demand basis only. My only issue was the that the phones were down and I had no way to communicate with the hotel. Fortunately a Shuttle from a local hotel knew the situation and brought me.

Great location - right next to the highway and airport. It was a little noisy when the construction work is going. Food and beverages are over priced at the Market.
