The building itself is of historic importance for the city and at the base floor there one of the best restaurants as well. The location is very central, but the rooms and the common spaces are a bit out of date

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.

The hotel was lovely and in an amazing location. However, the spa is not included. I felt the photos of the place and the description were misleading.

Excellent hôtel and outstanding service with a near ideal placement two steps away from the Plaza Mayor. Only drawback is the lack of parking but they offer a Valet service for 17 Euros per day.
Other than that a very solid choice and highly recommended hotel.

Rooms were clean and personnel was helpful. However we were trying to contact property in advance (via Phone & text) to ask further info about the spa services. Nobody replied and we found out when arrived, that the Massage services were fully booked. Given that we booked Spa property for it´s services - while the price was quite high- this experience was a pretty disappointing.

Good option, very close to the Plaza Mayor. The staff were friendly, the hotel was a bit of a maze. The room was comfortable. We didn't use the spa as it was extra.

It’s an older property so I wouldn’t expect the building to be in perfect condition. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but there was no bathroom ventilation and some area of the walls needed repairs. Also extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ideally located and good service, but couple notable problems: 1) sound proofing is poor. Had to call desk at 12am to complain about really noisy family upstairs. 2) Massage services are professional, but the jacuzzi water was cold. I wasn't only client to complain about this, but nothing was done. Since clients pay 20€ for an hour of use, heat should not be in short supply. Plenty of hot water in bathroom though. Good breakfast buffet, but pastry shop next door is not to be missed.

Overall it is a charming, beautiful property in an historic building. The breakfast buffet could have been more attentive to juices and beverages on the table (there was no water or juice on the table) and the air conditioning was inadequate. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Location in heart of town is wonderful.
The spa is an extra €25 pp and it is unique in that it has old Roman ruin elements in it.
It was a self service arrangement where you take yourself from one element to the next (hot showers, colder showers, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc). We asked about doing massages or spa services but they said they didn’t have staff that day so we didn’t try that aspect.
Didn’t have time to eat any food at this hotel but there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

The best thing about the property is their location. It is right off of the main square a stone's throw to the Cathedral. We were suprised that even guests of the hotel were expected to pay 30 euros to access the spa area. The rooms were large enough for a mini-fridge and a coffee and tea station yet none were offered.

Very well located, room clean, enough space for the family, and very good food in the taverna of the hotel. The only thing that upset us was the fact that we booked not knowing that the SPA was for adults only. We booked the hotel because of the SPA, to go with the kids, and we could not use it with them. The information was provided only after the booking.

I score this hotel a 10 for several reasons. The service was excellent, the rooms were excellent, but most important...the location is great. We were in Segovia to see the sights, and the sights were very easy to reach from the hotel.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Hotel was everything we hoped for. Plenty of restaurants and cake shops nearby. Definitely recommend valet parking. Worth every penny not to have to negotiate the very narrow streets by car!

The hotel is right in the centre the staff are very helpful rooms are adequate if you arrive in a car thay have someone that will pick it up and drops it off the day you leave for €16 a day

The room with double bed was fine overall if a little on the small side. I found the space in bathroom somewhat tight between the wash basin and the shower/bath area. If the glass screen opened access would be easier.I did not like that I could not adjust the air conditioning. You have to ask reception to come up and set. Why?I did not have breakfast as when I travel I like to go local and have a cafe con leche, churros and zumo at a local cafetaria. The location is very good, close to the plaza mayor.The price/quality ratio is ok but I did find better in Salamanca for example.

Most of it went fine. The key cards regularly did not work, and within my 6 day stay I believe I changed my cards as many, if not more, times. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room itself was nice, so I would speak positively of the experience.

We only had one night in Segovia, so it was great to be so close to the action. The staff was great and helpful with car/driving in this walled town with tight streets.

Excellent location. It is not a high quality hotel, but charming. Good for a short stay.
