We got apartment 401 during our stay, which was very spacious and comfortable.
However, the electricity supply to the induction cooker, fridge and microwave was cut off, so we couldn't cook at all. If you plan to cook, ask for another apartment.

Great location for both train stations, old town and and giant shopping mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing to remember is to empty bin into chutes by reception, english translation doesn't explain this very well

Excellent staff, really nice and helpful. My room was very comfortable, great bed, lovely linens and towels and brilliant pillows! I had a great sleep. Good shower room with toilet and sink, very nice shower gel, soap and small body lotion, nice quality. Great kitchen area really well stocked with pans, dishes and cutlery..one of the best kitchens I have used. There are some good changes since the last time I was here, I can recommend Sejours & Affaires and will definitely stay here again.

Some signs wear & tear, but within what I would consider reasonable/expected of a low-cost room.
Only negatives were the kettle was overdue a descaling and for an aparthotel I would have expected some recycling options for waste.

The hotel is in perfect location, it is between Flanders and Europe stations, a part of Westfield where there is large amount of shops. Around 5 min walk to old town. The room is spacious and it was clean. The shower is quite small, no hair dryer, iron available on request. Reception does not work after 10pm and noone was there between 12.00-13.00h. Hotel provides fully functioning kitchen as well as luggage storage services. TV only in french but there is free, fast wifi. Strange thing that I never experienced is that you need to throw your rubbish otherwise you will get fined quite hefty.

Great location for shops and transport (train stations). Good size room with equipped kitchenette. Bathroom needs renovating and the bed (not mattress) replacing, but otherwise very happy with this hotel.

The hotel location is pretty good: 5min walking distance to beautiful downtown in Lille. But the room was dirty and not maintained well. No AC in the room so if you're travelling during summer, bring your fan!

Avoid!! I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The studio we booked was on the 8th floor, extremely hot with only one small window that opened. The studio was filthy, thick dust covering areas, toenails on the floor, in need of a much needed makeover. We have come away from our stay completely bitten, bed bugs who knows?! It was a last minute decision to stay here and I wish we'd never booked it. Just awful!!

We were overcharged here due to current Olympic events on. The reception information was poor and when we enquired about their offered parking she did not help with this. The room was cramped and hot. The apparent air con units did not work. It is central and close to all travel options which is what we needed. I would not recommend a stay here.

This is a fantastic apart hotel and I recommend it. The 12th floor has great views of the city. The staff are excellent and check in etc was very easy.
Rooms have a small kitchen with kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge and pans/crockery etc. all in good condition. Hotels.com say check out is 12:00.... Actually it's 11:00. Very central and very easy for station, shops etc. highly recommended.

Only five minutes walk to both mainline stations. Situated in a shopping mall with a supermarket, about 15 minutes walk into the city. Clean rooms with a kitchenette sufficient to allow for simple self-catering. My room on a high floor was quiet.

Stayed here as a stop over. Arrived after 10pm off the Eurostar, finding the reception and front door had already closed.
Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, and the room only contained 2 single beds. The reception in the morning claimed that hotels.com did not inform them, but yet they knew there were 3 of us…
The hotel looks much better in the pictures, than in reality. We were due to stay again in the way home, so I emailed in advance to make sure we would have 3 beds. We received no response, so I cancelled the booking.

Communication was good on the whole, albeit until check out, when the abruptness of reception person surfaced, he could not be bothered to allow us to leave luggage as he was about commence a break. Despite being 1153 am. How long does it take to open luggage store room opposite? Result 5 hours of suitcase lugging. Studio room was ok for 1..but couples might need bigger room.

Key card didnt work meaning we couldnt gain access second night. A stranger entered our room on the 8th floor claiming to be security at 3am. Soon fled when i jumped out of bed. Room was filthy. Wouldnt advise anyone to stay here.

Managed to sleep well, but the shower is too noisy. There was dirt on the floor and when we had to take our rubbish ourselves out as there was a big poster threatening 50 euro fee for them to clean the room

Not super accurate to the pictures; a little more run down! Make sure you do your dishes; and take out your garbage before you leave!
Super great location, very close to both train stations; maybe a bit dirty outside (but close to the main mall and a huge grocery store) super helpful and kind staff! Reception is closed from 12-1 everyday and after 10pm! Maybe sure you make arrangements with them if you’re arriving midday or early!

Staff are really good, very helpful. My apartment was very clean, nice towels and linens, great pillows! The kitchen area is well equipped, a large pan suitable for cooking pasta or making some soup. Cleaning kit supplied.
This is a very nice studio and I would stay again and recommend it.

Great location, small room with too much furniture, but comfortable enough. Check in was bizarre, made everyone wait until 3pm, causing a big queue, why paperwork could not be done beforehand I don't know.

The property is located at less 10min by foot from lille Flandres and Lille europe which the perfect location for a business trip. (maybe less adapted for holidays trip).
We encountered an issue with the fob for the private parking space but receptionist was very helpful to solve the situation.
Check-in and check out was very smooth.
The only negative point is we had to bring our bin downstairs before checkout, I would prefer to have this task taken in charge by staff.

The location is great but my room was filthy! It seems the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the walls were covered with dust and the cutlery was covered with crusty food / hair (it seems these hadn’t been checked since the last guest - cutlery has to be cleaned by guests in this hotel).
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
The extraction fan in the kitchen - located by the bed - couldn’t be switched off and was so loud. The room was located on a lower floor so I couldn’t also hear the AC from the shopping centre’s roof (located inches from my window).
It felt like sleeping inside an airplane!
I ended up buying cleaning products as I was there for a week, and the washing up liquid provided was mouldy.
Would not recommend!

Clean, comfortable but simple - a good business stay, notably if you need to cook but otherwise spend little time in the room.

When we first arrived, the first room was desgusting. There was a huge stain on the couch and the room had a terrible smell. We then went down to the reception and they changed our room. The next room was clean but the towels stunk of seamen. The breakfast was very disappointing for 8€… I will not be coming back and recommend you to do the same

Friendly and helpful staff, and clean, basic studios (they have larger ones, too). For me, the main issue was the noise from the train station (specifically the announcements) but heavier sleepers won't be troubled, I'm sure. Lifts are also idiosyncratic. However, it was comfortable enough, and internal noise was minimal.

Nice and close to town but also attached to the shopping centre. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Unlocking the door was difficult but it was neat, quiet and clean. Great if your looking for a place close to the train station.
