This is the 2nd time i have stayed here, its a very nice hotel located very close the old town. The staff are very helpful. The rooms have aircon and very clean. Overall a very good hotel

5th time to Gdansk this year and found this hotel to be up with the best. Great location, immaculate rooms, super friendly and efficient staff.... would definitely stay again.

Central in a peaceful location

It’s a nice old hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing and all the local attractions. The local bars and restaurants are within walking distance. No frills hotel, immaculate rooms. No noise from the streets below. Highly recommend.

Booked as it was close to Targ Wegovy Christmas market & it is - 2 mins away. However, definitely room for improvement. Curtains didnt close fully leaving about a 40/50cm gap - had to use a safety pin to close so I could ensure privacy and to shut out as much of the emerging daylight Not sure if because I had a lower level room which could have been over the kitchen esp on the sat evening to sun the room smelt of food. There is a pub/club near the hotel as on Fri & sat nights you could hear the edm. It was loud enough to hear but with my ohropax wax ear plugs I couldn't hear the music. Lastly, I travel ALOT & did not find the front desk staff friendly at all. Nearly all other hotels I've stayed at including your lower tier chain hotels, when you come and go the staff will greet you with "hi" or if you are leaving " enjoy your venture out", "have a good one", 'have a good trip" but here at Wolne Miasto - nothing. The friendliest person was the lady working sat night / Sunday morning as she was surprisingly chipper but even after checking out at 4am there still wasn't even an enquiry of " are you okay to find a taxi". If I was visiting for Christmas market, I would prob stay again with managed expectations, just for its proximity but other than that I prob would stay somewhere else. I'd rate this hotel 6.5 - 7/10 based on its location & proximity to Christmas market & food / drink establishments. PS I've been to multiple cities in Poland all with higher hospitality

Breakfast and dinner were great

Ventilation openings were dusty and dirty. Apart from this, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location was perfect. Over all, nice hotel and would love to visit again.

Property was elegant and centrally located. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The stay was very comfortable. Location in the old town was convenient to walk around and explore. The room was very clean and relatively quiet for such a central location.

No AC is bad, but so close to the annoying church that plays random melodies at certain hours and you don't hear it. Perfect in that sense, although it depends on rooms. Ask for a room away from the chapel of evil is a tip.

great location! right in the pretty old town. the room was clean and beautiful, and they had English TV programmes as well on the TV. overall, liked it!

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower which I like. Beds were comfortable and the bedding nice and clean. Lots of storage. Only down side no tea making facilities in the room.

I liked the fact it is very central with in walking distance to sightseeing and bars and restaurants and rooms clean and spacious staff are pleasant only thing about this hotel is that it can be noisy late at night as lots of people leaving bars and there's a few nightclubs in the vicinity this didn't bother me as i have stayed here before but worth considering when booking

This hotel in the perfect location for our needs. Would definately recommend to friends looking to visit this great town for a break

Nice property. Very ornate. Excellent service and also nice, large rooms with full bath. I would stay here again but I would not choose a room with a twin bed again. The twin bed was very awkward and constantly woke up while almost falling off.

Super breakfast , its Old town location with a very happy staff. Highly recommended .

I liked that it was central for sightseeing, lots of things are just a few minutes walk away. I didnt realise the noise outside would go on to 5 oclock in the morning!
