Great location. Staff went above and beyond. Everything was clean. Rooms could be soundproofed better but nothing beyond the norm. We just had some exceptionally rude neighbors for a couple of the nights who didnt keep their voices down and kept slamming doors in the wee hours. Not the hotels fault and it didnt last long enough to complain.

Hotel is dated. I expected more modern accommodations for the price. In addition, the shower drain in my room was broken. The shower needed a plumbing repair before having a guest use it.

Our room was small and right to the elevator it was noisy. The shower faucet fell out
Of the wall on our first night and the smoke detector light flashed continuously. The food and service in the dining room were not worth the $21 we paid every morning as a matter fact we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. Our invoice and Bill were constantly changed from day-to-day and it was a struggle to get the quoted amount charge correctly with expected much better from the Sheraton and this was such a disappointment Later in our trip, we stayed at a comfort Inn in Queens and had a cleaner room much better food and much better service for a far less price

For a quick weekend trip to Sleepy Hollow. This was a good choice for a place to stay. It was just out of the main downtown area, but a short 5 min uber ride in. There is a starbucks in the lobby as well as a restaurant. The hotel is also located in the same plaza. As a shopping center, so if you need to go to the store for anything, you can literally walk over.

We had a very nice overnight stay at this Sheraton. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was ok, nothing special. Drinks were overpriced.

My only complaint was the a/c
It ran continuously and there was MO WAY of shutting it off

The hotel looked nice from the outside. The inside was dated, lobby furniture was soiled. Check in counter was more like a podium...messy with personal drink/food containers. The hotel had only one small working elevator....always had to wait. Stairs are outside...not accessible from first floor.

My mom lives in the area but does not have room for us to stay when we visit, so this has been our choice for many years. This past stay I felt that the rooms are not well maintained- the bathroom faucets were difficult to work and were leaky, the whole room just felt blah, unwelcoming.

The hot tub had bugs in it (it's indoors) and the pool smelt like mold; One of the pastries I ate at breakfast actually did have mold on it as well. Besides those, it was overall a pleasant stay, but those factors were a bit disappointing, especially considering I came here mainly because it had a hot tub and pool listed.

Everything was really good. The restaurant had really tasty food and the service was excellent. Just wished person on the front desk wasn't talking on their phone while check us in.

I was very satisfied with the appearance, cleanliness and most of all, the staff. Staff was fast, efficient, helpful, professional, polite and welcoming. Overall great experience!

Loved their cookies in the lobby. Friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The elevator seems kind of noisy and needs maintenance. The pool and hot tub were smaller than I thought. The pool area could use some renovations/ updating. But overall a wonderful hotel and we would visit again!

The rooms wa dusty as hell and the walls and alll the furniture had had evidence and a story to tell. Only bad thing. Evrything else was good pool spa and grounds was great

The ac was not working and the room was very hot and muggy all night. Temperature increased no matter the setting. Fans in main lobby meant the entire hotel was out as well and nothing was said to us!

Property is a 6 minute drive from main street Tarrytown. Staff is very nice and helpful and property is very clean. Downside is there are no microwaves in room, and you need to see manager every time you want to use pool because they have to let you into facility

The rooms are in need of renovations especially the bathroom. The toilet did not stop running, the shower fixtures are very lose.

AC didn’t work properly. Stains in room. Beds too high. I’m 5’3 and had to climb in. Too expensive for the quality provided!! Also doesn’t allow discount based on you being there bc family member in CCU at Westchester Medical. You have to call first and not pre pay to get a discount. SMH

Overall the hotel is fine. We asked for a room with a king and got a full size bed. When we asked to change our room we were told all the rooms with king size beds were sold out. The tv only had one station.
