No robes in room

We really enjoyed the visit but the sofa mattress in room 215 second fl was so bad had holes in it and very uncomfortable we hsd to put it on floor that's when we noticed what condition it really is in...needs to be replaced ... other than that everything was great

I had one of the best experiences in this stay. I ate dinner at walking distance and I had a wonderful evening without having to drive anywhere. The room was fantastic and I had the best nap ever!

The people & breakfast made it worth it. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly. The breakfast was jusy what needed. The room was good. I like the separate from the bedroom sitting area with a tv. The sofa was worn/looked a bit dingy & needed a comfy cover if not replaced. The lights had some electrical issues and one lamp was dusty. The shower/plumbing was a little lacking on water pressure and effectiveness. The Netflix remote buttons were a little lousy and the Samsung Smart tv had sound issues with moments of cutting out occasionally. Most of the pillows were lumpy. The rooms weren't soundproof, so I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. I was disappointed that the laundry was an extra cost instead of being included. There were stray cats outside (I'm terribly allergic). I was given an upgrade upon arrival, which was thoughtful/kind, but wasn't given options. I was put on the 4th floor & would have preferred ground level or the 2nd. Even with the critiques, I'm satisfied.

When i got to my room, the carpet in my room had just been shampooed, and it was soaking wet! My socks were soaked! They offered to move me later, after I complained. They should KNOW if a room has been shampooed. Not impressed at all with this place for over $200.

Everything was great. The Staff was very friendly. My only complain was my sink got backed up the morning that i was leaving and the water coming out with debris from the sink. i awoke and saw it liked that.

This hotel over did themselves! We were amazed at how nice and friendly everyone was! The Night Shift lady was so helpful and patient with us . The breakfast was delicious and they even went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean! We will definitely come Back to this hotel :) thank you to all the staf on Aug 25/26!

The AC do not work. 115 degrees out side and in the room 86. Disapointed experience.

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the valley

The hotel used to price match and now they don't. Kind of disappointed. Doesn't feel like we got what we paid for either.

Very clean property

The room had a bad odor. The bathroom smelled like sewage and had tile peeling away from the wall. The shower water pressure was like bathing under trickle. No complimentary drinking water in the room. Very disappointing Christmas Eve stay. Especially disappointing being that it's a "Marriott" and not the cheapest option.

Very clean, friendly staff. Would stay again. Hotels.com lists there is a hot tub, but seems it is no longer available.

Check in was quick and the woman who checked us in was very friendly and provided information on the hours for amenities and details for breakfast & wi-fi. The hotel is right across the street from a strip mall (which includes Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wingz, Ross, Marshall's, 99 cent store, Michael's, Burlington, etc.) and a shopping mall (with Dillard's, Macy's, JC Penney, etc.). The area is very walkable and there are several other restaurants within 1/2 mile. Our room was a King suite with a separate area for sleeping and a "living room" area with a desk, couch, chair and its own TV. The bathroom was large but the tub had some stains on it. Full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the bathroom. I didn't go to the fitness center but it looked fairly nice. I have stayed in other places but this is the nicest and I would definitely stay here next time I come to El Centro.

Someone fix the noisy air conditioner. That's the only complaint I have, everything else was fantastic and especially the wonderful staff who are so nice and genuinely friendly. I got hardly any sleep because of the air-con that sung the song of its evil people throughout the night, maybe it was just our room. Hotel was spotless, room was spotless, well done to the team.

Indoor pool room was too hot. Elevator floors in need of repair. No fresh fruit for breakfast. Air conditioner had no option to have fan on constantly, so when air conditioning turned off, you could hear neighbors.

Lack of security in the parking lot. Witnessed a man in a bicycle reach into the back of a truck.
