Location is fantastic. Food, entertainment and views are within walking distance. Clean and accommodating rooms and service.

Good space. A bit tired.

First room was dirty but they did let us change rooms. The second room was much cleaner, but the property could use attention in a lot of areas, specifically the bathrooms.

We frequently stay at this resort few times per year and love the location . It’s good for couples and for the family. I just wish the pool was warmer :)

Room was nice but had a few issues. Table was broken in main room, bathroom cabinet bottoms and back of bathroom door had water damage. There was a weird blood stain right by the shower door. Room could use some updating. The one plus was having our own hot tub out on the balcony which was nice. AC had a hard time trying to keep the room cool. Good for a short stay but wouldn’t stay for days in the room.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Kimball Junction in Park City. We stayed while my kids played in a soccer tournament in July and it was the perfect location for games at Park City High school and Matt Knoll Park. Lots of places to eat and explore nearby. A 5 minute drive up to the Olympic Freestyle park. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was a little warm when we arrived and I couldn't work the thermostat. Everything was fixed within the hour and they even brought up a separate fan/ac unit to help cool down our room just in case it wasn't working again. Everything was exceptionally clean and my kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Air conditioner didn't work at all and the walls were very thin. Could hear people cough, talk or roll over in their beds.

The townhouse was an awesome place for my granddaughters and I to stay.

This is a lovely property and there is nothing better than a private hot tub on your porch! Super clean and spacious suite with fireplace and helpful, friendly staff. It wasn’t clear to me from reading other reviews that the hotel sits right in a mall, surrounded by stores and parking lots, but there are also lovely mountain views from upper floors, including views of the nearby Olympic park and ski jumps. There is a good pizza restaurant downstairs and a good coffee shop right across the street. Plenty of loud late night drinking at the outdoor tables on the plaza below, at least on the Friday night we stayed, but party noise was not audible from the bedroom, which is toward the rear of the unit, away from the porch. Anyone sleeping on the pullout couch might want to bring a white noise machine on weekends, however. Loved the fireplace and the huge bathroom tub and walk in shower! Hot tub lovers will be in heaven.

Wonderful room and great location especially for the affordable rate. Restaurants and shopping just steps away which was nice after spending hours in the car. Room was nice sized and very clean!

Such an awesome room! Huge , so nice having a hot tub on the deck and if you don’t want to go out the kitchen is stocked with everything but the food. Great location We will definitely be back

We loved staying here. The fact that it had a large tub in the bathroom and a hot tub on the balcony was so fun. Also the customer service was top notch. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I got food poisoning and had to end my stay one day short, but because they were so accommodating and the place was so nice, we are definitely coming back. I highly recommend staying for more than one night. This gives you time to enjoy all the amenities at the hotel and all the fun of Park City.

We love this hotel. We love the kitchenettes and the hot tub on the balcony. The staff is always friendly and it's close to places to eat.

Good service

We were only there one night and the elevator broke two times. One of them didn’t even work the whole time we were there. Luckily, there are stairs. Our hot tub was dirty when we arrived and we weren’t able to use it for 3 hours. Plus. When draining it, they flooded the living room. So someone had to come clean that up. Super awkward.

The one bedroom condo with hot tub is a great place to stay. Loved it.

I love this resort. It’s not right in Park City, but it’s close, and the benefits of being close to the freeway are the best.

The property was nice, staff was nice and personable. I booked a luxury suite and it looked average. I was really looking forward to using the hottub on the balcony but there was clear dirt butt marks and dirt footprints inside so that was disappointing. But, I only booked for 1 night so the room was sufficient for that evening.
