Room was big, beds were very comfortable. Lots of food choices. Slots weren't so tight you couldn't win a little something. And they hosted the Marine Corp Ball. Great experience

Short stay in Tulsa OK. Room was clean and plenty of pillows. Bed was a bit hard but ok for one night. Service was good.

Great hotel room, comfy bed. The air conditioner will not go below 70 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping - and the windows are bolted shut, so we could not slide them open a bit for air curculation. But the front desk sent us a large fan which kept us very comfortable

Always love the Hard Rock Tulsa. This trip our room was on the 2nd floor right by the pool room 226. The smell of chlorine was so strong on the room my eyes were actually irritated. I would make sure to stay away from these rooms.

We went to celebrate our 24th Anniversary, we got to the hotel at check in and the service was fast. We got to our room and everything seemed good. We also went to the pool which was nice as well. When getting back to our room my husband was relaxing as I got ready for the evening. He found what he thought was a tick in the bed, after looking closer we found it was a bed bug! I took a picture and packed our stuff immediately. I went to the front desk and let them know. Security came to our room and reviewed, they gave us another room for the rest of our stay.

Check in desk was hard to find, but once we did the process went smoothly. Rooms are large and comfortable. Casino has a large non-smoking area and multiple choices for dining. Concert venue is great and there's not a bad seat in the house.

The stay was good. The toilet paper sucks !! The bottle water was two baby sizes or so of water bottles.
Nothing to brag on there. For the price could have gotten a full water ! The staff was great.

Hotel was nice, room was nice and clean. Unfortunately the T.V didn’t work. Almost every channel had no signal and the casting service was not working. When they came to our room to try to fix it they told us that it happens and won’t be fixed. And unfortunately we couldn’t swim. Besides these tho the stay was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. And overall it was okay.

Be aware that they will not let you bring drinks into the hotel. Its just another way they try to get more money out of you. The room was fine and the bed was great.

We liked variety of casino slots. Lighting in room and bathroom was too dim. And being seniors we didn't like that their was a bathtub instead of a walkin shower. We appreciated hand rail in bathtub. Housekeeping was accomadating with extra pillos and washcloths that we asked for. We liked the exta touch of chocolates and cookies when we arrived . Buffet was very good.

Please please pull back the sheets and check them. Take a black light with you. Wish I had. I’m a former housekeeper so in order to help them out to clean faster I always take the sheets and
Pillow cases off for them. To my horror when I did I found blood on the sheets at the bottom. They didn’t changed the sheets! This is always my fear when stay out of town. They didn’t even offer any type of compensation. Please do your due diligence before you sleep in the bed, take a shower or sit on the toilet.

The newly renovated floors look like trash compared to the old style! Keep the old red style, it is classic and feels far more elegant!

We arrived late, and it was Monday night, so we went straight to bed. Slept like babies, the bed was so comfortable and we woke up refreshed. Loved the embroidered pillow!!! Breakfast was delicious at the diner, and was saddened the BJ tables weren't open until later that day. Would have liked to play.

Property was nice, pretty self contained if you didn’t want to venture out. I realize it’s a casino but still a smokey smell walking through the hotel to get to the elevators. Disappointed Expedia said there was a spa but the spa apparently never opened back up after Covid. Adult pool and hot tub were lovely. Everything was mostly clean.

Property for the most part was well maintained. Suite had great amount of space however suite 1064 was extremely loud. Air flow so loud it seemed like a jet was taking off from inside bathroom. Also when you spend $200 plus for a suite and it has an amazing shower however at some point shower nozzle had been replaced at sometime and will not fit into holder so it just hangs by hose. No real way to use it. Suite was great but so loud and shower messed up.
