Room not to a modern standard very basic. Upgrade required there was a bar and restaurant on site and coffee shop over the road ok for 1 night because airport is so close.

We really liked the quiet location, the swimming pool, access to the beach, and the onsite bistro. I would give 5 stars for the pool (size and warm water temperature). Small differences could have made the stay more comfortable, eg. Room door lock easier to open, and curtains in the room to blockout morning light and sheer blinds for privacy without blocking out daylight during the day. The mattress was comfortable, not hard. I would certainly return as overall enjoyed staying here.

Great find on the beach! Underground parking provided with stay at no extra fee. Not many restaurants around the hotel in walking distance but a very convenient 7/11 across the street. Friendly staff and relaxing pool plus immediate access to the beach.

The location is beautiful and right on the beach. The architecture is stunning and the pool is beautiful. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs which used to do buffet breakfasts but now does ala cart via QR codes which ruins the breakfast experience. The restaurant staff need more training because they were not helpful, to the point they actively tried not to make eye contact, which was the only let down of the stay.

Pool area is great. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Reception staff was very helpfult though. Restaurant forgot order paid for.

Came here for our wedding anniversary and the receptionist was amazing and friendly. Even went out of her way to make it special for us since it was our anniversary. Would def consider coming back here again with the kids next time!

I spent my 40th birthday at the property with some girlfriends and was pleasantly surprised to find some wine and chocolate in my room as a gift from the hotel team. Thank you, this was a lovely surprise and appreciated.

Room cramped, squeasy shower, cupboard doors don't close, average for what charged as I was moved from original room not cleaned properly!

Nice but dated accommodation and hotel was doing Reno’s during our stay (which you’re only advised when you get into the lift as there is a sign up). Went to relax and it was just annoying that we had noise until 4.30pm. We ended up leaving early to get peace back at home. I’m sure it will be nice once the Reno’s are completed.

I've never experienced such friendly staff in all aspects of running the hotel. Reception 5 stars, dining top friendliness, i really enjoyed my stay.
However, the cupboards in my room were a bit tired, especially where the fridge and tea making were. A little attention here would uplevel the experience.

We stayed in a hotel room for 2 nights. Perfect for our needs. Room was spacious and clean. The TV wasn’t tuned in to channels and I didn’t have the patience to bother trying. I’m not sure why?!
The pool and surrounding areas were lovely. Nice access to the beach.

Great views, comfy bed, clean, great restaurant with lovely staff and excellent food at a reasonable price, undercover parking and the nightly rate was very reasonable.

This is a very good option for a very basic stay. No bells, very few whistles. If you’re looking firna place to sleep - its a great budget option. I didn't use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly. I will certainly stay there again.

We had bad luck with the weather and the Sunshine Coast had only "liquid sunshine" from the skies for us. The booking was made only a day before we arrived and we were lucky to have a nice room.
The surrounding was okay and nice cafés in walking distance.

We love this hotel but unfortunately this trip didn’t match up to previous ones. We were given room on 1st floor of Southern tower right over Tavern where Karaoke was going until 1 am Friday and Saturday nights. Very loud. Also no service for a 4 night stay. At least change the towels. Otherwise superb resort with restaurant/ bar on site.

The views were nice. The staff - friendly and helpful. Negative: The room was dated, mold on the bathroom ceilings, sink was cracked, stain on floor, and not enough easily accessible plugs.

I liked the security of the pool area from public area. I appreciated how we had to use our key fob to open the gates to enter and exit the area. I did notice a person trying to get in from the walkway with no success. The planes didn’t even bother me which I thought they would. We would love to come back with our kids and have an apartment experience.

The room had a big fridge, a microwave, ans a 2-seat table to have a proper eat-in, liked it! Wish there was a toaster, too.

Overall good facility. All kitchen wear was dirty and the AC is very noisy in the rooms.
