Beautiful - Upscale hotel.

This hotel had very friendly housekeeping and breakfast staff. The breakfast was very good with hot food. The room was very nice and we heard almost no noise.

Efficient one night stay

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. However the bed was not very comfi. The breakfast was amazing.

Property was really nice. The free breakfast was excellent and the person taking care of it was so kind and wonderful. The hotel was easy to find and we loved that we could go for a walk each day.

Air conditioning very noisy…. But the front desk tried to resolve. Pool was ok but very loud with kids … but pool rooms are usually that way if several are in the pool.

We loved the fact that our room was cleaned daily! What a change!. We loved the breakfast, and the ease of finding this place, as well as the location; close to Walmart and everything else we needed, as well as proximity to roads that took us to family. This place was so clean and comfortable, we'll surely stay here in the future. Its a bit of a drive out here, but its worth it!

Everything was good.

Worse customer care ever. We asked for different room because we're right next to the elevator and the lobby. We asked for a new room and the lady working behind the desk refused to give us another room. She was very rude and very ugly to us. Will never stay there again. Was not worth the money.

Nothing special

Perfectly fine and serviceable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in/out easy. Breakfast serving trays were all empty when of eggs, bacon, potatoes when we entered, but eventually all got filled up again.

IT WAS OK JUST NEEDED THE HOT TUB, STAY THERE 3TO4 TIMES A YEAR.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I never had to worry about whether there was dirt in the cracks in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk was cheerful and helpful, and that made our stay pleasant. We usually stay in Louisville, but the high season rates are so high that we decided to try staying out in Brighton and it’s worth the drive. This is a very pleasant hotel , they actually do maid service daily at your room, which is unheard of these days, it’s affordable and in very good condition. My only criticism is that they were using the outdoor watering system And water was clearly being wasted flowing across the pavement and I found that a little concerning. Also, the recycling was difficult to locate, but I found it outside the door. We will be back.

Pros - Well located near the airport with super friendly reception staff. Good sized room and comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. Cons - There is a train track close by and the trains do run during the night, and use their horns, which woke us up a few times. The aircon is very old and noisy so we had to turn it off to sleep.

Great stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Front desk staff was exceptional and helpful.

Best Western you can always count on them!

Nice place clean rooms! Only complain was they wouldn’t let me get coffee until it was breakfast time! Who does that?

Always amazing, the staff,the comfort in general, they have a great pool and super accommodating, they have a wonderful daily buffet breakfast as well, this is our go to hotel. The location gives easy access to multipul fast food restaurants.

Very clean hotel and very friendly helpful staff made a necessary trip pleasant. W3 will stay again.
