Great property clean , comfy bed , friendly staff . One down fall no real pet relief area . I travel with 2 small Yorkies and the only grass was next to a very busy street . They need to install some turf or grass at the back of the parking lot which is much quieter .

We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable our room was. a nice size kitchenette and sitting space with couch and chairs. King bed was very comfortable big television that swiveled from the bed to the couch area. The room had a desk and a walk in shower. Loved this room. The breakfast was very nice with a large selection of breakfast food and fruits..coffee was very good.

Located right on a noisy freeway.

Located right on busy freeway, very noisy all day and night. Broken ice maker in the room fridge, reported but never addressed. A few of the front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Very limited housekeeping available, and even on our designated day, housekeeping didn't clean our room. Room card readers throughout hotel don't work very well. Good breakfast selection.

The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom sink was a little small for 2 people to share.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible but everything else was awesome!

The place was excellent but I was very surprised by all the traffic noise. It sounded like trucks, motorcycles and such were right outside our window and we were on the 5th floor.

It’s not safe, back door by pool area that has access to guest rooms was broken and two many homeless roaming around. People smoke weed and boxes of Alcohol around pool area. Not safe or kids friendly.

Good customer service everyone was friendly and helpful, beds were a little firm not comfortable to sleep, I loved the appliances kitchen, fridge and stove and the two split rooms in one. The free breakfast was really good!

The hotel is just ok but definitely won't be back and I do not recommend it to anyone The room has a strong smell of cigarettes. No housekeeping that all. Only two towels for bathing. There was no pressure in the shower Sidewalks dirty. could be heard when people were talking in the other rooms in both sides of the wall Breakfast was sucks. Dinning are and kitchen area very small some of the ceiling were broken Parking UNSAFE $300 per night ?? they should be much better for that price !!

This property is great, just one thing was one of the days that we were going for a swim, there was no towels on the rack. So my partner went downstairs to the lobby coz the phone by the pool area was broken. However, the towels never came, so my son went back upstairs wet and cold

Overall,the property was very nice, clean and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean but loud due to a ceiling vent that ran constantly and never turned off.

My room was on the freeway side and the traffic was super noisy all night. Other than that everything at the hotel was perfect.

After being at Embassy Suite for three days, it was like a breath of fresh air.

I've seen a lot of people complain that they are remodeling and yes they are but they were also very upfront about it as well. Its pretty close to universal studios and worth the 10-20 minute drive. The one bedroom suite is pretty big and spacious and we didnt use the stove but the full size fridge was definitely a game changer AND there was an ice maker in the freezer as well. The staff is incredibly kind and accomodating. The breakfast was better than most places and if youre tight on money its perfect as you can take food to your room. They had coffee and teas both caffinated and decaf. We stayed in a room they said was noisy due to being next to the freeway but honestly it was really quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Also they have laundromat on site and the dryer is astounding. We got rained on pretty badly and it had our clothing dried pretty quickly. Since the rain was going on we didnt use the pool but it was open. Again amazing stay, amazing staff, and cozy room. Oh also there is limited parking under the hotel but unless it is raining its not a big deal as there is a couple of doors that lead into the hotel after you check in and have a room key. Cant wait to come back. :)
