The Arrabelle staff made my stay with my new Fiancé and I so special, with concierge bringing flowers, chocolates, and wine to our room. Great location and the courtesy transportation throughout Vail was very helpful!

Great property. Truly 5-star. Included breakfast was outstanding and a pleasant surprise. For those looking for a pool in summer months note that pool and pool area are small and became crowded on the Saturday we were there. Also, it does not have wait service.

Excellent hotel. Suite was very spacious and well appointed. Lots of room. Room service was not daily which is odd at this price. Coffee machines in lobby were great, staff were all great. Walk right to LH gondola and there are a few close restaurants that were very tasty. Vail Village is a 10 min walk and transportation was free. Included breakfast was a minimal but delicious buffet. Not sure what was included in the $100/night resort fee and the VIP Expedia refund was just $40/night. None of that really made sense but it looks like Valet parking was included so that's nice. Rooftop pool and hottubs were good temperatures but pool was small. Will definitely be coming back!

The bed room was exquisite as was the bathroom with a television tub and shower really beautifully. The bed covers and pillows were so perfect. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud the best sleep I’ve had in weeks.

We make a Vail trip 3-4 times annually, and the Arrrabelle is undoubtedly our favorite of all the hotels we've stayed. It's become a staple for our visits despite all of the hotel options in and around Lions Head and Vail Village. Customer service is always top notch. The accommodations are unbeatable between being dog friendly (everyone is incredibly welcoming and caring towards our dog), the complimentary breakfast at the Tavern, and the workout facility. The building and rooms themselves are incredibly charming. Our stays there are all around fantastic each and every time!

Amazing property! Great location and you can walk to the villages. The hotel had a car to drive us to the amazing restaurants in the area! The room we had was gorgeous. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back!

Love the flavored water refill station. Frustrating that Room Service had to be used to get ice. Love the in-room coffee pod options, but frustrating to have to call Room Service to replenish because housekeeping cleans every other day. Love the breakfast Buffett options, but service was less than to be desired.

From moment we pulled in the staff was fantastic. Valet, front desk, and everyone else. We had a wonderful stay. The location is very good too. Just steps to restaurants, the mountain, and other entertainment.

The Arabella is outstanding facility with tons of amenities, and a staff with friendly knowledgeable people. The location in Lionshead Village is at the heart of all the activities and a short walk away from Vail Village.

Hands down one of the top hotels in Colorado. Customer service is unmatched.

Nice facilties, I World recommend to Improve the Service as a whole for the workers of the hotel, The only person I can recognize as a wonderful worker is Matt, besides that everyone charges service and gratitude, making it difficult to actually give a proper tip, when they don’t earn it. And on the other side there is no housekeeping at all, even when it was request it, we did not received it. Next time I guess the four seasons would be a better option

Nice and quiet which we wanted

This was our second trip to the Arrabelle at Vail. What an amazing hotel! Thank you for a memorable stay :)

Our stay was fine, but the A/C wasn't working as well as we had hoped, as it got a bit hot at night. They also put us in a room that was extremely far away from the front desk/entrance, which seemed unneccesary, given we were there during slow/shoulder season, and there weren't many guests at the property.

Beautiful hotel. Went in the off season so it was very quiet. The hotel is centrally located. Walkable town. Staff was great. Will be back in season.

Stop over on trip from winter to summer home. It was the shoulder season so staff was light yet made sure that was not an impediment to our enjoyment. High marks all around.

I splurged on a 1 night staycation. Researched highly rated, pet friendly hotels with room service, so we didn’t have to leave our dog in the room while we went to dinner, because nice restaurants with outdoor seating are limited this time of year in Vail. Expedia listed the Arrabelle as pet-friendly with room service. I called Rock Resorts (owners of Arrabelle) and no one ever answered the phone, nor didn’t anyone when I tried the Arrabelle directly. Upon check in, I was informed that they decided to stop room service 1 week early. There was no table on the balcony as shown in the photos of the room, so we had nowhere to eat in the room when we fetched take out. And, the staff was not helpful. I spent far too much money on this night away and was not satisfied with the lack of accountability by staff.
