Have stayed here before and it is an average hotel but location that worked for our trip. Not all reception is bilingual but we did have a bellman that spoke good English to help translate. Bed was not comfortable and adjusting the air in the room was a challenge.

Everything was clean and very good service, and great view from the room to the surrounding area,this is my second time that I stayed in this hotel great.

We have stayed here about 10 different times. There are positives, but there are a few negatives.
- the beds are very uncomfortable
- they only provide shampoo, no conditioner, no bath/shower gel
- no ice available
- few towels unless specifically requested

I had to wear my coat and, when sitting, I would also wrap a blanket around me because the room was so cold.. I thought perhaps the shower would help warm the room a little but when I was in the shower I looked at the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom ceiling was made of slats and through the slats I could see electrical wiring, plumbing, and a light on somewhere. So whatever warmth there was from the shower went straight up through the bathroom ceiling. And, if I could see up through the slats, that means whoever might be working up there could see down into the bathroom.

It was a very nice and clean place to spend the time. It’s very close to the Pachuca centro and the room service was awesome. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was a business one night trip and quite pleasant. The hotel personnel was helpful and cordial from the valet service to the desk and concierge. Check in and out were prompt and no delays. The location is also conveniently to restaurants and retail

The Hotel was good, but Was impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, the services was excellent. They was very polite.

The hotel was great but need some refurbish, the shower is old and I don't know why the hotel would keep a hair dryer which not even works, aside from that the room was clean, spacious and in pretty good location, near to restaurants and shops.

The room was big but seemed dark since there was no overhead lighting and the walls were all a kind of mushroom brown. It was in a convenient location with shops and the public transportation stop nearby. I wish they would have informed us that the parking basement had no elevator access, but the parking attendant helped us carry our bags up to the lobby so it was okay.

The rooms were clean, excellent service, close to everything, fast check-in and check-out, free parking (rare in Pachuca), my only observation and it's common in Mexico if someone is taking a shower don't flush the toilet because shower's water will be really hot .
We'll return next year!

Stuff was friendly and very helpful. Spoke english. That was important as no one did in town.
Little far from main historical part of town. Although you could walk there. It takes 20 mins or so.

Bad thing was the cleaning of my room, we found and left a piece of mushroom under the bathroom sink. We stayed 5 days and left the mushroom on purpose just to see if it would be cleaned, but no... So that would be the only bad thing. Other than that, perfect place to stay!!, very quiet and close to everything. I would recommend it !
