My stay was good all except the Idiots that think they can smoke Weed anytime and anywhere - they have No Respect for Anyone that’s Allergic to it!

Been here a week and housekeeping has cleaned the room twice. The card doesn’t open the door but the door is unlocked anyways.

Amazing and would definitely go back

No idea how this hotel was rated over 8. Carpet is stained and nasty, rooms aren’t clean, common areas aren’t clean either. Will look for other options for sure.

Well front desk person wasnt the greatest. Room was so so for the price. Beds weren't all that comfortable. Not sure what has happened to Country Inns. Use to be one of our favorites not not much better than a super 8 or Days Inn

The room we got looks nothing like the images shown on Expedia. The carpet is absolutely filthy dirty, stained and sticky. The couch has a huge tear in it and the pieces of the sectional are not attached or even close together. I would not let someone stay here in its current condition, let alone charge money for it. I have no clue how this hotel has an 8 out of 10 rating, and feel very misled. This is not a missed cleaning issue- this is a hotel choosing to have people stay in a room they must know is in horrible shape. The bathroom door won't even push closed, making for awkward meetings with family members overnight.

Started with elevator death trap, bathroom didn't look clean, shower wouldn't drain. Bed was the worst, it was sleeping on Tupperware and bricks

When we checked in the trash cans out front were overflowing. Parking lot lighting is about half working. Carpets on 2nd floor hallway and our room need a deep carpet cleaning. Our bathroom door didn't close. Bathroom electrical outlet was loose and the cabinet under the sink was loose, the toilet had a large rust stain behind it, the bathroom shower curtain rod was loose and hanging. No cookies...

This hotel is understaffed to the point that there was one person on site during checkin. She was so overwhelmed, and our room had not been cleaned. Her only solution was to give us disinfectant and the vacuum so we could clean our own room. We did because there were no other rooms available in the area or in the hotel. The furniture was old and broken, but the staff that were there did the best they could. The owner only gave us one half of one night’s discount for their poor services. We do not recommend this hotel, and it certainly is not a 3-start hotel.

The floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. I couldn’t even let my 16mo crawl around because it was so nasty. One of the lights wasn’t working, the closet door was broken, and there was holes in the room darkner shade thing.

We were in town for a benefit for a local hospital. The floors were dirty, beds had stains on them, hot tub was roped off with caution tape and that is not on the website that is out of service, pool was slimy feeling, ice machine was out of order.... the worst part was the worker doing breakfast. I very nicely asked for more potatoes, he turned looked me in the face and said I am working on it... with a tone that was not friendly at all. He never cracked a smile. The my daughter was trying to make her waffle. She dripped some on the counter. He told her that if she would pour it in the middle she would not make such a big mess. The food was 1/2 cooked and both the potatoes and eggs were standing in water. We are due to come back next year but we will not choose this hotel.

Check-in was great, room was comfortable but had some cosmetic issues. Shower curtain had holes, carpet had large stains, bathroom had some peeling wallpaper. Water was just warm, not hot, for my shower. Breakfast was just ok. Would stay again for the price, but management could put a little effort into updating the facility and it would seem much nicer. Also, carpets in common areas needed to be vacuumed.

Great place to overnight. 2 queens plus pull out sofa worked perfect for us.

Toilet paper on the roller was left with only a few sheets on it, fortunately there was a full roll behind it. The bed closest to the window looked like someone had been laying on it before we got there. So I’m going to have to the housekeeping inspection process prior to turning over to room ready is pretty poor. Overall room was clean and comfortable. Doors, walls and trim throughout are pretty hard looking, need of a good painting. Staff was excellent, disappointed with no hot breakfast available. Just a few pieces of fruit cereal and a few bagels available.

The check in gal was very nice. In The room there were some stains on the floor I'm not sure what they were. in the bathroom I found pieces of glass in the area under the sink the hot tub was not working the breakfast was not a hot breakfas there was no waffle mix and we had asked for that, But nobody ever came and filled the waffle mix. your options were cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels a few rolls and juice And milk. Beds were comfortable I did have to go and ask for additional blankets and pillows.

We booked a short stay to visit with some friends and the stay was awesome. The staff was very friendly and everything from the dining area to our room was nice and clean.

The room was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the bathroom from the previous travelers. The carpet was filthy and they only gave us one bath towel. When we called the front desk to get more towels no one ever answered. Upon check-in, the girl was very confused, even though our reservations were confirmed. The pool was closed. The hot tub was closed. But we didn’t get a discount on our rooms because those amenities were not available for us to use. They advertise FREE HOT BREAKFAST but when we got downstairs around 7:30am there was nothing available to us except stale coffee. No bagels, no crackers. Nothing. Good thing they are restaurants nearby. DO NOT STAY HERE! We paid $225 per room and it wasn’t worth it at all!

The whole hotel needed to be vacuumed. My room was dirty. The floor had stuff all o er it, I picked up old candy, a container of cheese, paper, wrappers etc. there was dust on every surface. It was like the house keeper wiped the very front of the surfaces at that’s it. Bathroom counter was dusty. Bathtub had hair in it! Gross. I was exhausted and only stayed one night so I cleaned up myself. The staff did say they would refund some money. I hope they do as I shouldn’t have to clean my own room.

Carpet was in desperate need of cleaning. Other then that everything was good.

Oh God where should I begin. The first room was filthy with stains all in carpet that looked like it was never vacuumed. Also there was a spill that was all over the wall, bed and furniture. I asked for a different room and it was even worse. One of the beds was completely broken and had stains ( I think blood) on the sheets. And the carpet was worse than the first room. There was also people yelling outside till 4 am. Of course I did not sleep what so ever. By far the worse place I ever stayed at.

Carpet looked like a crime scene! Draperies had holes in them and didn't close had to pin them shut. Dead flies on the bathroom floor. Food/dirt from previous guests on carpet...obviously not vacuumed. Wished I had taken photos to post. Plus side-- bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Would NOT recommend!

Family emergency trip, the room and beds were clean but the carpet I was afraid to take off shoes in room. Beds fair, pillows small and lumpy, towels thin and cheap. No extra bedding in room for pull out bed. But our family of six slept comfortably and enjoyed a good breakfast.staff were very friendly

Our room was just ok. It wasn't until morning that I saw the sheets were not clean and in reality the bathroom towels didn't look like they were changed out either. If I wasn't so tired from my drive I would have noticed more. The pool was gross but was also closed. Most of the people who were staying were hard working RR / construction workers.

Mold on the bathroom walls & ceiling. Noise until 4am. Did not feel safe. Staff not available at desk. Too many other choices, won't be back.

The best I can say is that the beds were comfortable. But I had reserved a king room and was given two queens. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, the carpet was stained and dirty, and the toilet bowl was stained. We ran the air cooler than desired to try to get rid of the musty smell. The room had just been cleaned supposedly but we walked in finding a wet toilet seat and water all over the counter. I do not recommend this hotel!

When we arrived at the hotel, around 8:00 pm, the front desk staff could be more friendly. And he gave us the smaller room just on top of the stairs. But the room was quite good, everything worked fine. The king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, everything needed for breakfast was provided, complete with our favorite waffle maker. And for a bonus, red velvet dough, but unfortunately the scrambled egg was dry. Very nice for just an overnight stay.

The pool and hot tub out of service! Smelled everywhere of smoke carpet in room was so dirty my service dog wouldn’t sleep on it! Smelled of urine on the carpet! Can’t believe you would advertise yourself as an excellent place to stay you should shut down and clean your self up!!!!!!! I actually have a rash on my legs
