Perfect location Nice room Clean Very friendly and helpful staff We’ll definitely come back

Very basic hotel definitely not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination and for the price. Staff at check in very unfriendly and disinterested in guests. Bathroom in reception was filthy with waste bins overflowing. Room clean but basic and tired.

The view was absolutely incredible. Although this was definitely not a four star hotel the view made it worth it. Breakfast was the same everyday, nothing special. Coffee machines (2) had various issues everyday and they were soo slow.. There was a sleeping security or receptionist sleeping in the lobby at night. That was kind of weird.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic. Room was simple but very nice.

Service staff, especially for the breakfast sessions are terrible. Waiters are yelling at the guests because guests were disappointed with the lack of food. this happened on the morning of 2nd January 2023.

Perfect location. I had the upper floor which has the deck. Superb views, just perfect room. Bathroom good size, room good size and very comfortable. Would book again if I returned.

Was good overall, but I was not satisfied with the cleaning of the rooms. We stayed for five nights and our sheets were never changed. They barely even touched the bathroom. Nice staff

Definitely worth the extra price for one of the 4 rooms with a balcony sea view. So pretty!! Down side of the hotel is no parking. Everything else was great!

Last minute stay on New Years Day for a change. Got a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour and with everything going on it was excellent. Parking is a challenge in Makarska but the Miramar sister hotel closes in winter and has an underground car park you can use for €10. 2 mins walk. Lovely modern room.

Hotel and location is amazing. Sea view balcony is awesome experience. You can be literally inside street socium sitting naked without being visible.Only thing is you shouldnt come by car - difficult to find a parking and it is about 2 Euro per hour.

Good service and nice room!

Good and clean hotel in the port of Makarska. Unfortunately no parking available although part of the booking. Had to use very expensive official parking and got a parking violation ticket! At the weekend the ticket is actually cheaper than the parking fee.

There is no parking on site . Paid so much money in parking alone was advised there was a pool but at a different location.

Lovely hotel - great location

Parking was supposed to be available however once we check in the hotel staff told us there was no parking space. We had to find parking on our own, and at additional cost.

Overall happy with this stay. We were travelling around Croatia with a car, and in order to reduce stress/difficulty, we chose our hotels based on sorting by free parking available. On arrival at Hotel Biokovo, we were informed by staff that the carpark was full and advised to pay excessive amounts to park nearby. This was quite frustrating after arranging for the hotel based on parking - eventually staff informed us of free parking 10 minutes away. If the carpark is full, staff really should arrange another alternative for guests.The room was clean and spacious, the view over the water was beautiful. Location is 10/10 on the riviera and walking distance from everywhere in Makarska. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Internet worked with no concerns. Breakfast was adequate although not the most luxurious breakfast spread.
