The stay was great, the property was a little outdated but it was still very roomy. The couch pull out was very uncomfortable, the springs were stabbing us. The hotib was awesome , kitchen very equipped. Lighting was nice. Having a basketball hoop was nice, too bad it doesnt have its own court though. Indoor pool was nice.lady at the desk was a peach. Paid great price in the off season.

There was a raccoon living in the attic , it was running around at 3am above the ceiling keeping my family awake at night

It was very difficult to get through to anyone at the front desk. Also, some units are not readily accessible to handicapped individuals.

Buildings are dated, our condo was somewhat clean. Needed to clean out showers and we found a mouse on our last day. Pool is nice and staff was friendly. Upstairs bedrooms get hot while downstairs is very cold.

Well located. Would have been a top-shelf venue back in the 1980s. The property is starting to look somewhat dilapidated.

The property was clean and would have been great for a longer stay and more people. I was just one person with three beds and three baths and a big livingroom and kitchen.

Place is a little dated but not bad! Pool was great! Only con is there is no one in office after 5, but they have phone numbers to call!

The second bedroom — large water spots on ceiling. General repair needed throughout the condo. And a couple was fighting throughout the night do we could not sleep.

The resort was really easy to work with and very attune with any COVID-19 protocols. It was very clean and inviting.

The townhouse was amazingly beautiful. It was spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfy. The jacuzzi tub was a fun added bonus. The outside is just as pretty, with nice landscaping in the front and a deck and grill out back. There are things to do in the area and Mashapee is a cute little town. I would definitely come again

We arrived to the property and the toilet bowl in the Main hallway was filty and the toilet in the Master bedroom would not flush. We call maintenance and was told that someone would be over. No one came.

Beds were horrible! Furniture was uncomfortable. Desk clerk said it was too early to check out and the office doors should have been locked and couldnt help us. We left keys on counter and left.

Loved the openness of the condo heated pool was amazing perfect location for everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend

We survived a huge wind storm without losing power, which was a huge win. The fireplaces are nice until someone in another unit starts a fire without opening the flue and sets off not only their smoke detector but the fire alarms on the outside of the building. Great value -- large unit, with full kitchen, for very reasonable rate. Convenient to a lot of attractions, restaurants, shopping.

This is a nice place, don’t get me wrong but the rooms are dated and none of the beds are comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is probably original as it was torn, stained and nearly painful to sleep on. But the area is perfect, the people are friendly, the pool is warm and you are close to everything

We asked for a single floor condo when we made our reservation. We were very happy with our accommodations. We had 2 BR, 2 Baths, kitchen, large Living/dining area, patio with table and chairs and washer/dryer. It is quiet and in a forested area just off route 28 so very convenient, I don't mind that it wasn't outfitted with the latest fashion furnishings, etc. We were very pleased that we could stay in an apt rather than one room for about $20 more including the $10 fee which I was informed of when making reservations, but the check in staff couldn't explain what it was for. Regardless, it was still a very good deal and I will stay here again when visiting the area.

We decided as a family years ago that it was more fun to go away for Christmas than it was to get a bunch of presents no one really needs. This year, my sister in law and her family decided to join us. I booked two two condos at South Cape Resort for the 10 of us back in May and hoped for the best. I shouldn’t have worried, the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. The indoor pool was a dream, all the kids (4 teens, 2 tweens) had a blast there. Due to the time of year the resort was pretty empty so it was nice and quiet. The staff are wonderful and super helpful, we had a minor issue with the water heater but maintenance has it fixed within an hour. The location is great for shopping/restaurants. We will be back again, it’s already top of the list for Christmas 2018!!
