Reception staff were brilliant, Tracy even went to the trouble of showing us to the room.
We had a meal in the Amber, portions were large food excellent.

Great little apartment. Very convenient for exploring the Norfolk coast and very close to Cromer. Can walk to the cliff top from there. Well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Comfy, big bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and very new.

Nice hotel with nice pool, saunas and bubbelpool. Well maintained and very nice and helpful staff. Our accommodation was renovated and was in a fabulous condition but I believe that all accommodation has been renovated

Really nice apartment ment was better then expected. Had nice view from the apartment. We had small children with us although the apartment was great parking was a nightmare bays are small and not family friendly.

Lovely place to stay. Large apartment with everything you need. If we’d have known would have taken food with us. Still went to a lovely bistro in Cromer and had a superb meal. Leisure centre was very nice . Everything was spotless and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely return again

This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)

The accommodation was very good and comfortable. There were a few things missing from the kitchen - like a second shelf in the oven, a baking tray and a wooden spoon. When we rang reception, this problem was rectified immediately.
Only two dishwasher tablets were provided for a week long stay. When we asked for more, we were told we would have to buy some. It seems such a shame that, for a high calibre place, one dishwasher tablet per day of the stay cannot be provided. It would cost pennies but would mean a lot

Very good, very late check in and very early check out was not great.
The accommodation was great but hours of operation for everything were very limited I.e. Restaurant not open until 5pm

Lovely chalets with everything you need. TV had built in Chromecast which was a bonus. The walk into Cromer is around 20-25 minutes which was fine for us. If you are planning to use Taxis please remember to book well ahead because although very cheap, they are a little scarce at night. Cromer is lovely, I would recommend a visit.

Disappointing accommodation, like a block of flats, not a pleasant environment, no privacy and not pleasant to sit outside.
Could not open bathroom window as it opened out onto a public stairway and people could see in. Fridge barely worked. Uncomfortable sofa.

Very pleasant short two day break with grandchildren which had all we required at the time. Excellent accommodation and within easy reach of Cromer town.

Great location with some great walks into the town. Site is quite steep in places, but manageable. Apartment was first class with everything you need for the stay.

Nice apartment for us. Baby gates were provided which was a good feature. It was quiet and peaceful on the terrace. Lovely little house for a stay at Cromer.

Pleasant stay for a few days. Studio apartment which was comfortable and well equipped with quality equipment. Reception very efficient and kept us well informed via text as to what was happening each day.
Leisure facilities very good - super pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Hilly site but bus routes nearby. Did not use Restaurant during our stay
Would definitely return again.

We loved our stay at Croma country club because the staff was friendly and very helpful plus very polite . The place was very clean and well managed . Food was great but just could do of a bit more variety on menu and that would bring more people in to eat . But thank u for a lovely stay and we r hoping to book for later in the year .

Good location, accommodation ok but tired, particularly bath-room, kitchen was a bonus but a coffee machine would have been nice and I find is quite common. Top of wardrobes were filthy (don’t ask me how I found that out 😮) but the 10am check-out, particularly on a Sunday was unnecessary and inconvenient and took the shine off our stay a little.

Great location. I went with two kids under two years old and we had a fantastic little house with a big balcony. Cromer is lovely and lots to do in the local area.

A wonderful place to stay. Apartment was equipped with everything you could need. Leisure facilities are excellent, location is perfect. Lovely walk along the clifftop into town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the shower....shower head dirty and limescale on the base of the door. Also when the windows were pulled open the top was covered in dirt and cobwebs. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back next year.

This was my fifth visit to the Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. The accommodation was excellent and I assume recently updated. The staff who we met were both very cheery and helpful. This was probably the best stay we’ve had there. Definitely going again next year and probably for longer.

This is a lovely resort just outside the centre of Cromer walkable but down hill one obviously uphill returning about 0.9 mile but taxis available if required. The Pool and on-site Restaurant were great.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. All equipments you need are in place and provided. We liked the fact that the place is quiet and very private. Lots of walk routes to the beach, to the cliff, to the lighthouse. We indeed had a lovely time staying here.

Nice property, well appointed and clean. It made a good base for exploring the area. Car parking was close by, site kept in good order and the dining was first class.
The only one downside was the noise from the apartment above, the floor creaked everytime the occupants walked around.

Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, the accommodation (2 bed villa with sofa bed) was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. We enjoyed using the pool and games room - great sunset views from here! - and also had a couple of nice meals in the restaurant. We had a fun 20 minute walk to the beach which went past a playing field which my grandchildren were very happy about! We also found another park with goal posts and playground a short walk across the road from the County Club. Parking was a bit tricky at times which was the only downside.

The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities.
The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them.
The onsite restaurant don't take food orders after 20:30. Staff were excellent, food was okay.
My only complaint was the drains seemed to be a bit slow so whilst showering the water would cover your feet.

Excellent facilities and helpful staff. Cassie on reception was excellent in resolving our issue with booking that appears to have occurred via the third party company we booked through. Fully recommend staying here.. lovely and quiet and views of the sea… 10 out of 10
