If you are looking for a family friendly hotel, this is not the place to stay in LBI. There are numerous noise issues as the hotel has a lobby on the second floor where guests gathered and played pool until 4:30 am! Then at 6:00 am each morning they blast music in the hallways and the lobby. They apparently have no way to turn it down or to push it back to a normal time. Furthermore, the staff is wholly incompetent as they fraudulently charged our account 5 days after we checked out when we already paid Expedia before our trip began. Do not give any staff member your credit or debit card because apparently they do not use a proper authorization form like other hotels to be able to charge you. When we called to ask for a refund from their end because we already paid Expedia, the hotel staff double downed on their charges and refused to refund us. This went on for several days with us having to call them to try to speak to someone to help us. Each time they promised someone else would look into it and call us back, but no one did. The General Managers would not speak to us over the phone when we would call or return our calls. This went on for days until they finally got the ok to refund us, even though the hotel illegally charged us and this all could have been resolved on day 1. I would recommend staying at any other hotel on the island.

Great stay super clean and quiet great location....BUT over priced!

I would never stay here again. I paid for a pool view room and was put in a parking lot view room. When I told the people who worked here they saod it was expedias fault. There were no towels I’m still waiting for towels morning after. It’s 9 am and no one is here working. No one at the desk office etc. this has to be the worst place I have ever stayed

Loved this little gem! The staff was so warm and helpful, location is just a few minutes walk right to the beach, the pool was heated and so comfortable. Room was on the smaller side but clean and nice. I definitely recommend for a relaxed beach vibe!

I like the property

I really liked the hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The only complaint I had were the beds and pillows were too soft. My husband woke up with a bad back and his back is pretty healthy. Please, fix this if you can. We want to come back one day.

Nice renovations, pool looked nice and clean, and the outside deck area on the 3rd floor is very nice. Would be great if they had a little cafe there! Conveniently located, too. Very much appreciated the one-night stay availability!

Really nice job with the renovations! It’s like a cute boutique hotel. Super convenient, clean, nice pool, rooftop lounge area and friendly staff. I think there was a minor issue with the housekeeping when we were there but once I mentioned it to the front desk they made sure that everything was done. One suggestion, it would be nice if the glass sliding doors to the terraces had screens. This way you can leave the doors open to get the nice night air. Overall everything was great and we’d def stay here again.

Property was in an amazing location with restaurants, the beach, and pickleball all within walking distance. The room and the pool were so clean and amazing.

Renovations/updates from previous stays are gorgeous from bottom to top. Added roof top deck as well. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful with any question you may have. For us the new beds weren't super comfortable but not horrible, but if you like a very firm mattress you will love it! Definitely will return.

Clean and affordable hotel in the ocean side. In beach haven and close to most things

This was our second time here over all it’s always clean and perfect location . Two things this time was that I booked through hotel .com . I was charged full amount instead of the deposit at the hotel . Also the night before there was a few teenagers that jumped in the pool at 2 am and used our towel that was on the balcony drying it woke me up . My kids were asleep so it was me and I woke my husband to check it out . Other than that I guess that was the worst .
