This hotel is very nice, however the rooms are likely going to be updated soon. Many hotels have updated finishes such as numerous USB ports on the bedside table. Also, the rooms are carpeted which is nice, however, many newer hotels have opted for tile. I enjoyed my stay, and the lobby, parking and breakfast options were great.

Booked an accessible room which on the surface looked great. Bathroom was very spacious with lots of grab bars. The rollin shower looked good but we never had hot water so it was impossible to use. Also the refrigerator leaked water all over the carpet which caused an odd smell. Reported all this to staff who basically did nothing except say sorry. We will probably choose some place different on our next visit to family.

The breakfast. For some reason i thought it was included. However as i grabbed a plate i was notified it was not. I did not purchase the breakfast because for what they were charging, i could go to ihop or waffle house. Also the pool, i wanted to enjoy it but there were kids that were running, throwing towels in the water , at each other. Just all over the place. As i was leaving one little girl said "sorry if we making you leave". All were between 11-13. The staff did say something to them immediately once notified. Other than what is mentioned above, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable & quiet.

First time I have ever seen a sign at breakfast charging $14.95 per person. This has always been complimentary in past. People were nice. Good bar.

Great front desk service and clean rooms , my entire family were very happy with amenities.

Lobby area was clean and very appealing. Our room on the other hand was outdated and uncomfortable. Bed was average at best and woke up feeling sore. Pillows provided no support. Electrical issue it seems in the bathroom, the lights and fan would flicker and struggle to turn on. Bathtub faucet leaked. Windows were so dirty you could hardly see outside.

I had several viable eating iptions nearby if I didnt want the hotel's food, the hotel was about 10 minutes away from my friend's house which made meeting up very convenient. The employees when I did need assistance were very helpful. Im definitely booking here again

Water temperature appeared to be regulated to just barely warm in the shower. The hotel charges 15.00 for the same breakfast that others give you for free during your stay. The room was clean but hallway carpets smell bad. Over all the room was quiet and clean and hotel had plenty of parking although I would not stay at this location again.

Accommodating to our late arrival was very much appreciated. My complaint was the breakfast. $15 for a breakfast that was no better than a Continental breakfast at any other motel.

The room what very dirty there was food and garbage on the floor I ahead to were my slippers because I didn’t want to walk barefoot. The water pressure was horrible. I paid for the breafast and it was horrible with bad service.

Person behind the counter was not approachable. Had an Apple AirPod in her ear and no smile to greet. Got to our room and it was clean. Shower was Luke warm and barely trickled out. For $200 a night i expect a hot shower that will get you wet not have to dance in the shower to stay warm and get wet. Next time we come through the area, we will look elsewhere.

My only complaint was that the breakfast was $14.95 per person. I was not aware until I walked downstairs and they placed a sign at the entrance of the breakfast area. I went out to eat for less money with better choices. This should have been stated up front. I would have stayed somewhere else with a free breakfast had I known in advance.

We've been staying at this hotel for a number of years every time we visit Gainesville. I think it's one of the best spots to stay while in town.
