If I was there for more then one day I would have asked for a different room. The shower was warm. Never got hot. The tv was hard to work. No guide provided. Walls were thin.ln room coffee maker didn’t work. Coffee in lobby was weak and looked like tea.

This hotel is positioned well next to the Circuit of the Americas. We stayed so we could get easy access to the Formula 1 event this past weekend. The hotel is a tad dated, but appointed well. The staff was very professional, courteous, and always at the front desk. Overall, the hotel was fantastic. My only wish list item would have been for the hotel to have a shuttle to the F1 event. That would have saved us a lot of time and would have been a nice feature for the hotel. Getting a lyft is what we ended up doing.

Mattress was super hollowed out and did not offer any support. Walls were indire need of a touch up and the carpets were all torn. Hotel looks like time has passed it up and forgot about it. My opinion, it needs a remodel

Toilet would not flush. That was kind of gross. Carpet in room felt sticky.
Sheets were clean, bathroom was large and well lit. Breakfast was pretty good.

Nice clean hotel, near lots of shopping and ok restaurants,
mostly chains. (but we didn't venture out too far either)
The beds were so comfortable. We had a suite and it was HUGE....... if you are traveling with kids - be sure to check out this room.

Was in town for a funeral so did not spend all that much time in the hotel. Always happy with Hampton Inns. Would have liked to have more time to just see some of the things to do nearby.

Reserved a Dbl Queen HCA room several weeks in advance thru Hotels.com. Got there to find a HUGE room, dbl Q, but no bars near toilet, but roll - in shower w/bars!! How does THAT make sense! Called down to desk: moved us to another HCA room: huge room: King, hide-a-bed, & couch. Special needs daughter DIDN'T LIKE THE UNCOMFORTABLE HIDE-A-BED when promised and pictured as Queen!
Oh! And the ELEVATOR Down from the 3RD FLOOR WAS OUT!!! Guess which floor we were on?!?!? As handicapped!! What were they thinking?!?!?! Had to call for them to send it up! Very POOR MANAGEMENT!
Customer service folks were WONDERFUL, but couldn't change the fact that what we RESERVED and what we GOT were NOT THE SAME!!

Stay was great, outside of the elevator not working. The girl working nights was amazing and super helpful. We had the king suite, the sofa bed was not comfortable at all but bed was.

We had to move rooms here times . The last room had ac problems and there was lots of water leakage.
I believe we should be comped other stay. We stayed here for daughter’s wedding weekend and it was not pleasant . We are also locked out of room due to jet not working

When we arrived, the staff greeted us and were super friendly. We got the 2 king bed suite and it was fantastic. The size of the room was amazing! More hotels need this option.

I stayed 2 nights and on the second day I ask for fresh towels and change my bed sheets at 9am and when I came back at 3pm that was not done. wifi was not good and I guess because i was at the end of the building.

My brothers and I all happened to be staying at the same place. The Manager and staff were very helpful in making the meeting room available for family members to gather the evening before our Mother’s funeral. This was planned at the last minute and we are grateful for their compassion and
