I was at this hotel for a week and the time I spent there was very pleasant. The staff is outstanding. The food is mostly good although there were a few menu items that weren't so great (don't get a chicken Caesar salad!). I would stay here again.

As a tourist driving through it probably wasn’t the place to stay. Saw little aircraft traffic and felt somewhat unwelcomed.

Our first time staying at Aviator after moving from Farnborough in2001 will use again as my wife has mobility difficulties and all facilities are excellent including bathroom and shower. With lifts to all floors and easy access to rooms.

Second time we have stayed and have next trip planned. Excellent stay, however room was too close to reception on this occasion and there was disruption late into the night with a group enjoying themselves loudly. Ate in the brasserie and had lovely meal. Staff very friendly and happy to help

Fantastic hotel, great views of the runway to watch aircraft landing and taking off.

We have stayed here several times but this time the bathroom only had one bath towel and one hand towel. Also there was a plug socket in the room that when we pulled the plug out the whole socket came out.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was finished to a high standard, and the view of the airstrip was a particular highlight. The staff were also very welcoming and curtious. We will stay here again.

The lady who did our check-in was very nice.
Whenever we stay at the Aviator, it was always a good night. The only criticism is that the room was set-up for one person only so, have to ask for an extra water and towel

Overnight stay on the way to Southampton. I have stayed here on many previous occasions for business but not for the last 10 years and never before for personal use.

Only negative was breakfast. Bacon too fatty and undercooked for my liking and the remainder was lukewarm, which wasn't helped by cold plates.

Second stay here . Loved it ! The lovely Luke on reception kindly upgraded my room for me on arrival 😊 I was soooo appreciative after such a rubbish day. This hotel is quiet , immaculately clean , lovely food , comfy bed .. the list of pros is endless. I have zero cons other than I had to check out and go to work ! I will definitely come back

Very convenient location for attending a conference at the IECC just 1 minute walk away. Room was modern/comfortable, service and restaurant food was excellent

Great hotel for attendees of any event at Farnborough International! But it is very popular!

We chose an Airside room and were glad we did to see the planes and have a view better than the main road. The hotel and rooms were well looked after and thought through and every staff member was very welcoming. Only gripe is that the restaurant wasn't open on the Sunday night which was disappointing.

I only have one tiny suggestion. When staying at the aviator I started my period and didn’t have anything with me. It would have been hugely convenient if there were a couple of feminine hygiene products in the bathroom in my room. I know there is a machine downstairs but we didn’t have any pound coins. Apart from that all fab.

Staff were very attentive and addressed all of our needs for our stay with our baby. Great place for plane spotting. Super relaxed and amazing rainfall shower. Highly recommend.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. We had a large family gathering in the restaurant and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Just a superb hotel.
