Great caring owner, Nina, daughter, Andrea, and staff. They have a great breakfast and wonderful dinner choices. All reasonably priced.

The hotel is right in the centre of everything in Cavtat. Short stroll to taxis and the bus stop.

This is a well run hotel right on the harbor. We arrived by car and the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but the parking area is only a short walk away. We were in room 6 which had a shared balcony for us to relax and people watch as well as visit with the people in the room next door who also had use of the balcony. Stanka, the concierge, gave us excellent advice on where to go and sites to see. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

Perfect location in the centre of Cavtat, very friendly and helpful staff, room very clean and serviced daily, free wi-fi, cant really praise it enough, highly recommended.

I could not be happier with my stay at Villa Pattiera. The people were super friendly and helpful, the room was totally charming and very clean. The hotel is connected to a restaurant with delicious Croatian food and is in the middle of the old village. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe. What a gem!!

The shower was a little hard to use without soaking the floor outside of the tub. We primarily picked this hotel since it was rated the highest of available hotels in Cavtat and we wanted to stay closer to the airport since we had an early morning flight. It is only 5-10 minutes away. In fact, another couple took a cab to the airport at 5:45am and he returned to get us before 6am for our trip to the airport. Much closer and convenient than Dubrovnik.

Hotel was close to the airport and far enough away from the tourist crowds of Dubrovnik. Thought our hotel was in Dubrovnik then felt very fortunate to (finally) get to the peaceful little town of Cevtat instead. Everyone at hotel was helpful and kind, rooms clean and neat, bathroom roomy and complete. Walking trails around the bay great, water beautiful to swim in, beaches not crowded, and everyone genuinely nice. Perfect.

Great location but no on site parking, had to leave the car in the public, 60Kn per day, parking lot. Restaurant doesn't have the view of others that are closer to the boat moorings. Excellent staff, knowledgeable and anxious to please. Very good breakfast - probably the best we had in three Croatian locations. Not too far to walk to the beach for a nice gently shelving water entrance - no rocks like many of the other Croatia beaches.

Our 2nd visit and we were not disappointed. Rooms, location, helpfulness of staff were excellent, breakfast was great with full choice of buffet or cooked despite it being end of season. Missed a real garden to sit out in, chairs etc provided on patio, which was quite pleasant but not really garden space, this is the downside of being in a historic hotel on the quayside!!

Perfect location to explore Cavtat, really close to the main stretch of bars and restaurants. Room was very clean and windows kept noise out even though our room overlooked the busy restaurant area out front. It was a little warm and the air con wasn't working until the last night of our stay, but I think a mini-heatwave had caught them by surprise. Staff were very pleasant, and provided a little bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries on the day of my birthday. Hotel provides transfers to the nearby airport too for a little less than the taxis charge. Breakfast was okay, though not brilliant, but if you prefer to sleep through you can pick up breakfast later at the bakery right next door. There are a number of terraces around the hotel (we were on the second floor and had a two-person balcony off our room as well as a larger terrace over the hall at the back of the hotel) so it was always easy to find somewhere to relax, either in the shade or the sunshine, or overlooking the busy street or the quieter back of the property. Some people have commented on the fact keys must be left at reception when leaving the property and it doesn't always seem to be manned, but we were there a week and there was only one time when there wasn't someone out the front of the building/restaurant area greeting us on the way in - it felt pretty secure.

The best part of Villa Pattiera is the great staff and location. The town of Cavtat is not to be missed and the personnel at the hotel couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast was great...anything you asked for was served. The room was minimal (safe very small and non-secure-you could easily pick it up and carry it out of the room, no ventilation-air cond wasn't yet turned on, room stuffy, street below noisy, etc)

We thought our short stay was superb. The hotel has a wonderful location, warm and charming staff and very good food. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

small friendly hotel we visited early october so the hotel and area we not that busy which was very nice. staff we all very helpful food was good,breakfast was excellent with good choice and cooked to order in no time at all.no lift in hotel,but not a problem as you only had to ask if you needed cases bought down etc. very clean, nice new bathroom, towels changed every day. i would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We only stayed one night and partly with a view to the proximity of Cavtat to the airport. We wished we had stayed longer. This is a lovely little village with great dining and swimming spots. The hotel is very well located and the staff are great. Our room did not have a balcony, but we did not spend too much time in the room and the room size was very comfortable. The shower was a good size, although it had the type of door (part closing, flip close type) that caused lots of water to get onto the bathroom floor despite one's best attempts to avoid this. This would really be my only complaint. Excellent, efficient and friendly staff, clean room.

We stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of June and had a great time. We were in one of the smaller rooms but had a great roof terrace for our exclusive use which was an added bonus. The staff were all very friendly, very helpful and very professional - we could not pick fault with any of the staff. The hotel was kept clean and a small issue with the air-conditioning unit was fixed within the hour.
