First and foremost, this was a complete nightmare as of a month later I’m still being charged for the third time fir our one night stay. Original room was booked through Expedia. It was supposed to be a double king-size when we went to check in those rooms are not available in person. Therefore they didn’t know what they were going to do so they had to put me in two separate rooms which we did not need we just needed one room with two beds, they charged me three different times at Hampton aside from being charged through Expedia. After being told that they didn’t have any rooms with two beds in them each, we ended up with two rooms with two beds each so went back down and was like do not need us. Please refund would not refund even though we had not even checked into the second room yet All in all will never stay here ever again.

Whirlpool was down, pool water was dirty (and ice-cold). Had to switch rooms because the key receptacle on the door was dead and there wasn't maintenance available to change out batteries.

Staff was very friendly. They didn't have hardly any snack/food or drink options which was a disappointment. The door leading outside in the pool area was broken. But overall, excellent stay.

The hotel is well maintained. No problem with service. Location appeared clean. Was surprised with hotel appearing clean that when I stepped out of shower there was a large cockroach on the bathroom floor. Overall nice place but may have a bug problem that needs to be addressed.

My family and I had a great experience staying at this Hampton location.

Room was not available when we got there. In fact the room hotels.com had down didn’t even exist.

Hotel is fine. Heb market close for snacks. Overall nice place.

The room was adequate, but there were some odd smells and some stains on the ceiling.

Opening the curtains the first morning after my first nights stay to find that my comforter was absolutely fitly so bad that I got nausea, I went to front desk they sent house keeping yet did not seem to concerned so I called on Monday following my trip to talk to the manager and after 3 phone calls and 2 emails and almost 2 weeks past my stay with them they still have done nothing to accommodate me, at the least I was asking for a discount for the night that was a night mare of extremely dirty bedding that I had slept on unaware till the morning light afterwards....I stayed 3 nights and only asked for a discount for night 1 and was told they probably could not do anything since I booked 3rd party... WHAT???? Now with all the time wasted and no response I was forced to make this public and asking for a REFUND NOW!!! The bedding folks was horrifying I will always turn on lights from now on the first nights stay to check the under half of the comforter etc....it had not been changed or cleaned in a long time....this was unacceptable but what is worse is they are doing nothing to keep me as a customer!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

The bed in the room was uncomfortable. It had a mattress that only had a fitted sheet over it. When the sheet shifted, it revealed a soiled, spring mattress. The room was supposed to be handicapped friendly but the shower did not have the detachable shower head..Thepool and hot tub were also unclean

The main draw for us is the in-room spa and pool for my 9-year old autistic grandson. Water is a therapy for him. Room, bed, and spa were fine. Pool was frigid cold and two windows only had bars, no glass, so the 30 degree cold made the room frigid cold as well. We were told the pool heater went out, but it’s been cold the last several times we’ve been there, so idk what the problem is. Most of the fitness room machines were out of order as well. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

When I was coming to check in there was a little issue going on but the sweet ladies handled it very well and got me taken care of.

I am a disabled military veteran. I went to get in the hot tub it was broke. drunk guest all over the place. My wife and i didnt even stay there.

Found roaches in bathroom and crawling on me in my bed! Both weeks i stayed in the same room and roaches found both times

The receptionist was awesome. Hotel dood was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Lots of things not working. Only 1 elevator, most the jets in the hot tub not working. Soap and tissues ran out, couldn’t find menu on tv remote, limited tv channels.

the only real complaint was that all of the electrical outlets were loose from the walls and the electrical outlet on the night stand was worn out and the plug ins were loose

Cleanliness was excellent. Maintenance was above average but below excellent, sink was slow draining.

The air conditioner in the room would not cool sufficiently. The temp outside was in the mid 80's but the air conditioner would not go below 78 so it was really warm in the room.. I spoke to the front desk but no other rooms were available. I went as far as to ask for another Hampton Inn but it was also booked. I also ask if the could get me in a room in another city but they told me that I would be charged.

It was convenient and the breakfast was great. The bathroom and room door did show some wear and tear.
