Great hotel, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Staff extreemly friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except i was abit unlucky with an ac mounted on my outside wall, could hear it when i tried to sleep. But based on the placement i only think thats a problem for that room.

Wonderful boutique hotel with great staff and a very convenient location, close to both the station and the town centre. Highly recommended.

The staff and service was great. Our room was compact, but was fine once we got organized. Location was great: short walks to the beach, restaurants, and train station, and breakfast was amazing.

This is a great hotel right by the centre of Levanto and no more than an 8 minute walk to the train station - walkable even with luggage. .Rooms are modern and cleaned daily. They have a small balcony with table and chairs. Mattresses are on the firm side (my preference so all good for me). The breakfast is great. The staff are amazing - on my last day there was a terrible storm with torrential rain - as there is only one taxi who was booked I was going to have to walk to the train station until Morganna from the hotel drove me to the station - she was so kind and she saved me from being a miserable, wet mess going for my flight!! That’s service. The location to explore the Cinque Terra, Portofino and more is perfect. I’d happily stay here again.

The staff were so helpful. They gave us instructions on how we can get to chenqueterre . Premises are clean and newly renovated. Highly recommended.

This family owned property was truly outstanding in service and in accommodations. They treated you like family and had a wonderful breakfast and location! It was also within walking distance to the train station and the town of Levanto.

Hotel was very nice, clean and accommodating. The service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered various choices. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to visit Cinque Terre.

L’emplacement centré au coeur des boutiques, restaurants et attraits est parfait! Les employés sont sympathiques, courtois et attentionnés. La terrasse est sublime avec ses couchés de soleil. La chambre était impeccable et la salle de bain était fraîchement rénovée. Seul bémol, il n’y avait pas de frigo dans notre chambre. Nous recommandons pour le rapport qualité/prix!! 👍👍

Great hotel, beautiful lobby and breakfast room, simple bedroom but clean, very close to a great beautiful beach, quick train into cinque Terre, nice quiet town with locals (but no night life)

The Hotel Carla is close to the train station so it is easy to explore the Cinque Terre villages. Levanto center is also an easy walk from Hotel Carla and is an beautiful place to wander, eat and enjoy the beach and sea.

We stayed at Hotel Carla for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was well equipped. The bed was a little on the firm side. Breakfast is very good apart from a rather mediocre coffee (from a self service machine). The hotel is very well situated, near the town center as well as the ship and train stations. Another plus point are the hotel bicycles which are available for free. Do not forget to reserve though.

This hotel is in a great location to the cinque terre. You can walk to the hotel from the train station. When we arrived Chiara at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in time and she offered to hold our bags so we can start exploring. The hotel lobby and dinning room are very modern. The rooms are also updated and nice. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices to pick from.

We had a small suite which was well appointed although the bathroom was small. There was a balcony looking over the hillside. The room was comfortable but we did need the air-conditioning as the temperatures got quite hot.The desk staff were lovely and very helpful- special thanks to Chiara- who welcomed us with cold drinks or coffee when we arrived or came back from exploring the Cinque Terre. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel made bikes available are of charge allowing us to ride along the waterfront and through the restored railway tunnel to Bonassola a few Km away; a gorgeous, flat, relaxing and glorious experience- take the ride, walk around Bonasole and sit at the cafe on the beach from and watch the water, not crowded at all..This hotel was 5 min walk from the train station, 5-10 min walk from the beach front, and was the ideal location for us to explore the Cinque Terre by either ferry or train- we did it both ways and were not disappointed. Levanto is also a pleasant small town with public and private beach areas, plenty of local-fare restaurants, and worth making a base here.
