Kids loved the pool and game room and basketball court , kitchen was so nice too !!!

Great place with a free breakfast. All rooms have full kitchen and 1 separate bdrm. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Problem was that the front desk kept telling us the card was declined (3 different cards) for the security deposit, EVERY ONE WENT THROUGH, so $150 out the window between 3 cards that we haven’t got the money back from. The suite itself for the price was good, a little wear and tear around the room and a filthy tub/shower that leaks under it onto the bathroom floor. The amenities were nice, the breakfast was good. But Limited Ubers! We came for a show at Hershey stadium and we had to drive and park a long ways away. You could Uber there but finding one to come back wasn’t happening.

It was a very nice motel. 2 little complaints, toilet didn't flush well. And bathtub very slippery. Should have rail in shower.

I do recommend this hotel is very convenient if you are going to hersheypark is super close and the hotel is clean and in good shape. I did look into all the reviews they have before I booked and I was a little insecure about it but let me tell you is a nice little hotel. Yes is outdated in some areas but that’s didn’t bother us, room was clean and very comfortable. I only good things to say about this hotel so yes! Good place overall….

Hotel overall was very nice. Kids loved game room and basketball. Be nice if pool heated. The beds where super hard. Very uncomfortable and sore when woke up when did fall asleep. There was some dirty spots on bed covers.

The staff were great the only thing that was not so great was the room service we had to ask for clean towels each night at the desk and leave the garbage cans and towels in the hallway for pickup each day. The bathroom was pretty beat up the door had chunks missing and the tub was spray painted on the bottom and chipped up as well as the floor tiles had chips missing and the sink had a huge crack in it. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful Mike at the front desk was a big help we got a flat tire and he recommended a great shop close by on route 22. Thank you Mike !

I have nothing to really complain about, but it was just very average overall. The elevator was really slow so moving our things seemed to take longer than it should.

The room was very dated, and had large red stains on the carpet. Lampshades torn and damaged, food on walls in the kitchen area of the room. Chipped bathroom door. Outside deck was in poor condition, with broken patio chairs.
Front desk staff and manager were very helpful.
Nice reception area and breakfast buffet. Kids loved the game room and pool!

We stayed here last year before it became a choice hotel. Last trip we were on the first floor , and the room was nice and clean. This time we had to wait for our rooms til almost 5pm( had early check in previously) was not happy we had to wait an hour for one room to be cleaned at 4 pm and had to sit in our kids room while waiting. Second floor rooms were not as nice as first floor. Lots of noise from the basketball court shaking the room and was a bit annoying. Toilet was litterally poop brown at the bottom near the siphon jet. Stuck on. Breakfast is a nice offering , don’t expect dennys. Close to attractions.

Unfortunately, they do not clean the rooms daily and our room smelled like a smoking room but the property was supposed to be nonsmoking. They did not check on this or clean it to get the smell out. The property is outdated and needing replacements. The toilet was stained and the door to the room had a gap to the ceiling. Overall, disappointing.

Convenient location with easy in and out. The rooms and building could use an update as there’s wear and tear visible. Overall clean though and the staff were very nice.

I like the room temperatures, furnitures and refrigerator. I didn’t like the way receptionist approached us and never greeted us during our stay when we come in and out every day.

Friendly check in that allowed us to check in 2 hrs early. Spacious room, comfy beds. 15 mins from the Giant Center and Hershey Park and a Sheetz directly across the street from the hotel for convenience.

Stayed over with family. Staff was friendly upon arriving and during check out. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay. Other than that everything went well and we’ll def come back.

The room was clean and the cleaning lady Clara was amazing. Our room had a broken bed we told the Manager. He told us someone would fix it, but nobody did. The desk staff was decent.

I did like the housekeeping staff, they were very attentive. Most of the front desk staff friendly and polite. The young girl at the desk rude and unpleasant. Did not enjoy dealing with her. She needs some customer sevice and hospitality training.

My stay was ok, hotel was as expected. My children were very disappointed that the hotel advertised that they had a water slide for their indoor pool that they do not have.

Room was decent , free breakfast was nice, very close to Hershey Park, the kids liked the little arcade. The only thing I was very upset about was they advertised that they have a waterslide at their indoor pool ummmmmm (NO WATERSLIDE) false advertisement! My kids were very disappointed!!! I would have picked a different hotel! I only chose this establishment because they advertised that they had a waterslide, if I knew they didn’t I would have picked another place entirely.

Great place to take the family, 5 miles from Hershey Park. The arcade and pool was fun for the kids and they have an indoor half basketball court too. Service was friendly.

The hotel was very nice. A little dated but nice regardless. The pool had a really big chlorine smell but didn’t feel very chemically. Loved the arcade. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was simple but good. Room was very spacious. The staff were very very nice. Would stay here again
