Overall, my stay was pretty good. The only thing I can think of that could have been better was the smell of the room. It could have smelled more fresh and clean.

We have stayed here in the past but it’s been over 2 years. In that time, they now house transients. There was no advisement of the new situation. Across the hall from our room, 3-4 children were left alone and in the middle of the night, a man banged on their door and started yelling wanting to know where the mother was. Someone later came by and removed the children. As the night went on…we’re now at about 2am…there was a lot of door slamming, banging, yelling…
The next few nights were similar. In addition, there seemed to be a parade of people walking through the hallway knocking loudly on doors.
I wonder if Holiday Inn corporate is aware of what is going on in their Haskell, NJ location?

Room was clean and comfortable. The only dissatisfaction was quite a few items were not available for breakfast (fridge was empty and no cinnamon rolls).

There was a domestic fight for an hour and a half across the hall from us. No security available.

Our stay was great! The hot breakfast in the morning was a perfect start to our day. The patio was comfortable with enough seating and space to have your own private conversations. The room was spacious even with 2 beds. There was a microwave and a refrigerator as well. There were Dove products in the bathroom and enough channels to find something to watch. Wi-fi worked great with no interruptions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Its was pretty clean, room was lacking in lighting. Very dim and drab with all the lights on. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest as well.

There are very few hotels in the area and the location of this one is perfect. Close to the highway which makes this an ideal stay. The place is clean and quiet too.

Good hotel, clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was standard. Just don’t eat the turkey sausage, which is rubbery.

The night manager(I think her name was Lisa) was fantastic and super accommodating. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

There was hair in my bed and a remote control cover in my bed when I flung the blanket. It didn't go to my remote. My remote had the cover. I won't stay again. I did let front desk know about hair and remote control cover. She was very nice. Breakfast was good.

I went back to my home town and had a very nice stay.

We had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express- the place was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. I left an earring on the nightstand and the maid kindly gave it to the front desk personnel. The breakfast was hot and tasty, the rooms
Spacious and the beds comfy. We only stayed for one night but we were pleasantly surprised and we would
not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Staff who checked us in was not welcoming, it felt like we are a bother. She never smiled and looked me in the eye. We changed room, the first room bathroom shower diverter was broken, we changed room which was a hassle since we were tired already and a little late.

We stayed here before aboarding Anthem of the seas the next day drove from Toronto. Ontario. Canada

The rooms were quite large with plenty of space to move around in. The hotel was easy to get to and the area was great. The staff member at the front desk said they were out of coffee pods for the room and he did not know when they will get more in. So we went to Target and picked up pods for the room. . We asked for towels from cleaning staff and they said we had to go the front desk to get them. They did not replenish supplies. Other than that our stay was great.
