Staff is very friendly especially Cheryl. I stayed there for a local job interview and she made it a point to tell me how sharp I looked and wished me good luck and I felt she really meant it. Room was still being cleaned when I went to get in the room & I had to tell the cleaning lady which didn’t speak English that a light cover needed to be put on. Overall it was worth the money

Pet friendly place and good pet rate

This was my second time choosing Candlewood Hotel, and it only reaffirmed why it's become my go-to choice when visiting Ohio. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted like an old friend, and it was clear that their exceptional service was consistent. Bed bugs all the beds were thrown out but they still had an infestation bug bites on me will be seeing what I can do to help others with this problem

First night great service the staff was amazing then the staff became mean and short cared more about his cell phone than helping a customer

The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was ok had to giggle toilet handle to stop running. We were upgraded to a suite when arrived just didn’t realize this room had been a smoking room the smell was Awful. For the price it was a neutral place to stay. Front desk person was very nice

There was a large bag of garbage sitting outside the room opposite mine for the entire time I was there. The elevator carpet was dirty. I don't think the sheets in my room were changed and I did find human hair in my bed. Check in was vert slow and the clerk had the longest fingernails I've even seen on a human who had a mustache and goatee.

Good location off the highway clean property and many dining options in the area

Overall, clean room and friendly staff. The water takes a very long time to heat up for the shower, but that was my only issue during my stay! Once it warmed up, it stayed hot! Great stay for the price!

Everything was great.

I reserved a king room and got a queen room, but they did move us to a king room. The king and the queen room both had clogged sinks.also there was a light outside that was blinking all night that was annoying!

The Pros: The check-in receptionist was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. The room itself was spotless - kudos to the cleaning staff. The Cons: IHG should be embarrassed. You've got a such a terrific staff employed at this location - give them something to work with. The run down feel of this hotel was palpable, from the torn window screen to the loose shower and kitchen faucets to the nonfunctional microwave to the lumpy bed and flat pillows. With the kinds of resources this corporation has to draw on, there's absolutely no excuse for this. Do better, so that your future customers will have a more pleasant experience than we did. We will not be back.

The staff was very nice.

Everything was clean and well supplied. The room setup was great with recliner, desk area to work. Comfy bed. Kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher and stovetop. Great free coffee and free use of washer/dryer. Many restaurants close by.

The front desk associate first name starts with S, was the most professional and friendly person working in the position. I have ever encountered in the U.S.

Very enjoyable

There was a strong musty odor in the room due to a dirty filter in the heating/cooling unit. Additionally, there was a huge section of black mold above the shower head and the drain in the tub was thickly calcified. Furthermore, I forgot a shirt in the room & when I called to see if anyone had found it I was told they did retrieve it; however, I would have to wait for a manager to call me back to determine how to ship it to me as I was from out of state. That call didn’t come, I called the property back & was told I would need to send a box to them so they could ship it to me as they didn’t know how to handle the situation. I’m shocked at how poorly the property was maintained & that zero effort was provided to me to make things right. I will never stay here again.

Quiet, and friendly, but an outdated hotel in need of an upgrade

Easy to find and was able to check in early. Nice people!
