Great location! Direct beach access and nice sized pool on premises.

Check in was quick and easy. The facility was kept clean and orderly. The room was nice and clean. The resort was perfectly located. Close enough to walk to venues and far enough to keep it peaceful and quiet. Perfect for late sleepers.

Dated. It's not dirty. Its also not nice. There wasn't one thing that wasn't in need of a repair. If you want new and modern. This aint it. If you want luxury? This aint it. If you want to visit Pompano beach on a budget? Sure. Plus side? It is on the beach.

The room was really dirty. Molding on the bottom of the shower curtain, upon our arrival, there was sand everywhere like the room was not clean prior our arrival. We even found objects under the bed and under a drawer so clearly the vacuum was not done. There was sand also in the drawer. Dishes in the cabinet was dirty we had to do it. There was molding and dirt in the bathroom. In the living area, the kitchen table was un sturdy and we were scared it will fall apart. Futon bed looks like it was old and dirty we did not even sit on it and it was not possible to put it in a sitting position anyway since it was broken. Only good thing about the hotel was it’s location, directly on the beach and the fact that there was a pool. If owners cared about the customer, they should invest in some tlc.

This property is cute quaint old Florida. Absolutely adorable. Best staff ever. We had most wonderful weekend. If you are looking for a cute quiet old Florida on the beach feel, this is the place for you.

My only complaint is the 75 dog fee. In relation to their price its really high. And they have tile floors so there is no extra cleaning they have to do bc of dogs

Quiet and safe friendly

The property is ideally located on Pampano beach and the pool and courtyard are cute. Other than that, it needs a lot of work and maintenance to bring this property up to date: no cleaning of any outside surface (chairs, tables etc ) , windows are filthy( we had a beach view unit that we could barely see out of), the exterior a/c units are rusting out of their sleeves and are so noisy they keep you up at night. Overall the property is dirty. The interior needs better lighting, windows and blinds are filthy, bathroom needs updated, no hooks anywhere for wet clothes or towels (2 small hooks inside closet only). Please know there is nothing included in your stay(coffee filters, paper towels etc) are all up you to purchase but I knew this from reading other reviews. In addition housekeeping is by request only so I requested it during my check in on Saturday for Monday which did not happen. When I asked the staff I was told I was not on the list and they were too busy to accommodate it. I was handed two extra garbage bags and a set of towels. I would not stay at this property unless they invested in major upkeep and maintenance and cleaning.

The access to the beach was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The room was dated and the air conditioning didn't work.

The room we stayed in was in horrible condition. The worst we've ever stayed in. Pics found online depict something much different than reality. The property management deflected the situation onto Expedia. There are rooms that have been renovated. Avoid the rooms with two double beds.

Just step off the property and you’re on the beach. Close to a variety of places to eat.

Just one comment: We will ALWAYS stay at this resort every time we are in Florida!! Absolutely incredible and beautiful. Highly, highly, recommend, and I was not asked for this review.

A little dated cosmetically but very clean and spacious. And you cannot beat the price and location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Lovely little property. Well cared for. Like staying at grandma's house. Nice beach community with shops food pier in walking distance. Amazing beach at sunrise.

Excellent place to stay if you are not looking for extravagance! The view is amazing! Private parking available. Could not ask for a better beach! Staff very friendly and helpful! Would definately stay here again. Just know that NOTHING is provided...be prepared to make a trip to Publix to get everything you need for your stay ( including coffee, coffee filters, ice, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc)

Small property and good for a place if you're not looking for fancy, but location and the beach. Walking distance from town center. Older property and needs work, nice pool, and great location, bed was decent and pillows were as well. Shower water pressure was the best I've ever had in my many stays in FL. Be aware: Buy your own chairs from the store. They rent chairs for $15 each per day and you have until 5pm to return them, they are old and used, store has brand new ones for $20. The bed sheets were clean but stained, same as some of the towels, they had stain spots on them. The shower curtain was trashed and ripped and the hooks fell out every shower. The AC units are super old and need servicing. If you're staying a few days, go to the store to buy what you need. They do not provide coffee filters, paper towels or soap for the kitchens. You can buy their double priced products there but they do not even give you coffee filters for the coffee maker. I would stay again.
