I am gluten free and each morning the amazing staff at breakfast had a variety of GF pastries to eat. They went above and beyond!

Not properly soundproof

Reasonable connections with Barcelona with public transport. Expensive parking in hotel and in surrounding. Conditioner did not work. In the evening we have tried hotel restaurant and I got the worst fish ever (like a rubber), but pork was very tasty

Very comfortable room

The hotel is clean, in a quiet area but close enough to many cafes, shopping and metro. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Their service is beyond what I have experienced at many other hotels.

Great experience, friendly staff, room service was on point

Fine hotel but a little expensive for what it is. Rooms small, windows open only an inch, and for us we were initially given a room that smelt awful, they did change it on request though.

Good alternative to Barcelona

Hotel staff was nice. Unfortuantly the same cannot be said about the rooms. First morning i fell out of bed, and I found out the bed had been broken and poorly repaired. Many surfaces in the shower and bathroom was poorly cleaned. We got a new room with a bed that was not broken. Instead the air conditioner was only a noise generator, so we enjoyed a night at boiling temperature instead. Same missing clean surfaces as in the other room. The rooms show many signs it is about time to tear down everything, put it on fire and start fresh.

The front desk Concierge staff are exceptional. They cannot do enough for you to make you feel welcome. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Nice hotel overall but the standard rooms need updating and maintenance. The hairdryer was poor and they couldn’t provide me another one when I needed it. Location is a bit far away from the beach and centre too. But overall a comfortable stay and friendly staff.

A lovely hotel but no tea/ coffee facilities in the room or reception. A 15 minute walk to the beach and promenade.

We had a pleasant stay as usual. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend to stay here when you’re in Badalona.

Great staff and nice hotel

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, it was clean organized and the staff was very helpfull.

Very clean, super friendly staff and only about 15 minute walk from really great hidden little restaurants near the beach. Only downside is the internet connection was quite terrible and the shower temperature was hard to control, but overall really did have a great stay.

Hotel was great but not many local restaurants open to get good dinner

Breakfast buffet amazing! Though, would have liked it to be served until 12am every day and not 10am. The staff equally top notch - very kind and helpful, also speaking several languages no problem. Housekeeping super friendly and top job at their duties, but minus the poor language/communication skills. The double-room with queen-size bed pretty good. The matress in fairly good condition and supportive (even with a bad back, shoulders and neck, like I suffer). Room had a little fridge, which was a plus. As was the air-con, very reliable and handy in 25-30 degrees all 10 days of my stay. The less good experiences: An absolut killer noize 24/7 from the auto highway next to the hotel (impossible to sleep without earplugs, and even so a challenge to filter out the constant noize). And towards the other side of hotel, there was a big - and what looks like a longterm - construction site, providing daily and from early mornings a brutal noize. In other words: The 24/7 level of a constant and terrorising noize was inescapable. Which resulted in not one night/day feeling well-resten, unfortunately. No possibilty to make your own coffee/tea in the room, was a bummer. Only possibilty to have coffee/tea was during breakfast 7-10am at the morning buffet, which means a not complimentary feature. No complimentary water in the rooms either. These things should be free standard service at this hotels room-price. So instead of an over-all solid 7/10, it ends in a (forgiving) 5/10.

Stayed here last 4 years. Rooms modern and clean. Location 10 min walk from beach. Breakfast good.

The staff was very friendly, especially the people working at the restaurant . I would like to suggest upon check in the staff ask a few questions to foreigners . This being my first trip to Badalona, in fact Spain. knowing a few little things would have been helpful, such as info on siesta time or being given a map of the area (which I saw was available when we checked out). Also, when we arrived and entered the hotel lobby instead of being greeted by staff We were greeted by a gentleman that stated he was taking a tourist survey. I found this odd and after a long flight did not wish to entertain any questions. He did not seem affiliated with the hotel which was concerning. The reason I booked a hotel instead of an AirBnB was for some sense of security. Otherwise, the cleaning staff was great, room service was extremely reasonable. My time there was fine.

Self parking, easy to access, room service. Cleanliness of rooms and friendliness of staff. I did not like glass divider offering no sound barrier between bathroom and bedroom area. Room was freezing when we entered but we were able to adjust the temperature quickly.

I like this hotel. near the beach, very clean.

The hotel is very clean and staff is helpful. It is a bit far from the city so the taxi cost is higher. It is nice that the bea h is within walking distance.

I think it is not necessary to change the used soup to new one everyday.

We were visiting friends and this was a wonderful place to stay. As one of the staff said “this is your home”
