You get what you pay for I guess. Just very old and super basic.

Hotel is clean but poorly maintained. Thinhmgs like carpeting, faucets, etc.

The management was very prompt and very accommodating. The facility is old but fully functional. Cleanliness was not an issue until i noticed the underside of the coverlet which was less than ideal. Although checkout time was 10a.m., the management stated that i would not be charged if I stayed till 11. This proved not to be an issue.

We were looking for a last-minute room because bad weather was disrupting our camping trip. This place was extremely reasonably-priced and in the heart of lots of Poconos activities. The room was spotless and very comfortable; we were even given a free upgrade by the friendly owners. Would definitely stay here again.

I walked in to the room pulled the sheets and there was blood on the sheets I have to rent another hotel to spend the night it was very disgusting

Rooms was not clean, pool was not clean, and online offered breakfast, there was no breakfast

Room was clean but very outdated. Needs a lot of cosmetic repairs. Bathroom door was locked when we arrived and we had to take the doorknob apart to unlock it. Room is very small and there’s no phone. Staff was very pleasant. It wasn’t the best room ever but again, it was clean and that’s what is most appreciated.

The Staff was friendly. The room was so dated and the headboard had so much dust you could tell it had not been cleaned in years. There was an electrical extension screwed on to the nightstand. The carpet on the floor was old and worn. And when i put my hairbrush on the bathroom shelf, the whole shelf fell off the wall.

The room was dire. Dingy, exposed rotting wood, peeling wallpaper that was put over what likely should have been demolished. It was semi-clean. But when you lift up the bed and it looks like someone had been murdered there; along with the horrendous smell of the room. I cannot recommend anyone stay here under any circumstances. I got my sleeping bag from my car and slept on the comforter. I put my bag of clothes back in my car because I was worried about the smell.. I kept my backpack in the room and that still stinks. It's not worth saving $30 to stay here. Learned a valuable lesson.

It was horrible soon as you walked in it smelled like freaking mold,tried sleeping with my shirt over my nose, hurt my chest, couldn't wait to get out, not sure who are the Authoritys in this area to take care of this situation ,will never stay or recommend

I liked the spacious room it was comfortable and worth the money I paid. Nothing I did not like.

Absolutely horrible ! Very dirty. Old. Smelly. Looks like hookers use this for just that. Please do not take your children there ! They will not refund any money for any reason. If you cancel they will charge you for two nights even if your only booked for one. We left. Did not stay longer than 5 minutes. My family’s safely and health is not worth it. Any review leaving positive reviews must had sold their soul to the devil! Horrible. Should be closed down!

The staff was wonderful. The internet was down because of a lightning strike and they did everything within their power to accommodate me. The room was much cleaner and nicer than I expected. Terrific value.

There was an awful smell in the room. They should fix the humidity in walls!

It was a great stay all but the nudity outside in the pool. Was not able to Enjoy the pool from the all of improper nudity shown by guest.

The owner (Ray) was extremely helpful and friendly. The property,unlike many of the reviews on line is a pleasure to stay in. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I would always stay there again. Would totally recommend

The bed and linens were comfortable but the room was a little musty/mildewy. However the room rate was very reasonable.

We got in late, when we got to the room it smelled of mildew. We used the toilet once & noticed that it was leaking at the base. We were tired & went to sleep. Our daughter, who is allergic to mold & mildew, slept in the bed away from the bathroom, which really smelled bad, we kept the door closed & the fan on. In the morning, we told them about these problems. They upgraded our room to a larger room with bigger beds. The first thing we did was go in the bathroom, my daughter agreed that it smelled fine. While my husband was getting ready for bed a few hours later, he noticed the mold above the mirror. Again we slept with the door closed & the fan on. In the morning, we noticed mold above the window. We were glad to leave & will not return.

This was the only place available. the room was damp and smelled. It was $200 dollars for a place called the Value Inn. Definite not a value!

Old and musty smell in room . Out of date appliances with knobs not electric buttons . Bugs in bed think they were little mites . 2 days stay they only cleaned after I left . No breakfast as advertised. Lock on door was not working well . Would not recommend at all . Get with this century . Lol
