It's a nice quiet place. They should let you know that unless you stay more than 3 nights they don't provide maid service. I would not have stayed there if I had known ahead of booking. The facilities are a little outdated, I tried to use the workout room, but not all of the equipment works.

Lovely and helpful receptionist. She went out of her way to find us a mechanic when our vehicle quit on us. She recommended local restaurants and a driver to get us to the Casino. Our room was beautiful and clean and well stocked. Bed was extremely comfortable and Breakfast bar was delicious. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was reasonably priced and well worth the money.

Room was nice except for the entrance door needed work. It stuck making it hard to open. One of the card key didn’t work and had to go back twice before it worked. The people working the front desk were not friendly and acted as if they didn’t believe us. Breakfast was ok and the gentleman.who was working was very nice and helpful. No room service.

Nice hotel. Pool area was extremely hot but I’m sure when it’s cold outside it’s nice to have it like that.

This was not my first time staying at this property but unsure if I would return. Comfort was nice as far as bed and couch went. Bathroom was a little on the dirty side at check in. Our room was shared with a pretty concerning amount of gnats and baby flies. Our room had a very "damp" feel to it. Breakfast options were pretty standard with no complaints.

They were understaffed. I had to wait at the front desk 30 and ask an employee who was outside already off the clock to find who was supposed to be working to be able to check in. The lady that was found was rude.The hot tub doesn't work. One of our rooms wasnt ready at 5 due to call offs and being understaffed

Property was very clean and quiet. The pool room was way too hot and the pool itself was like a hot tub.

Very nice hotel. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the fact that they were pet-friendly. Decent breakfast. Kind and understanding employees. The only con is that there’s a little bit of a drive to visit the towns of West Baden or French Lick. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hot tub wasn't operational. I dont usually do reviews but im going to on this one because when i stay at these hotels there is always something not working. Either the pool is working. Workout room is closed. Vending machines broke. This hotel the hot tub is broke. Lol. But my question is why nobody is ever working on these things that are broke in these hotels.

Everyone was delightful!! The staff went above and beyond! Room was spacious and very clean.

We stayed at this hotel because they had a pool and a hot tub.My wife (specifically) asked the staff member at the counter if the hot tub worked and he replied "Yes" After checkin we went to the hot tub but it was empty and had tools and equipment in it. So, we decided to get in the pool (no one was in there) It was so COLD you could not stand it! When we asked about the hot tub and pool, the staff member said he had no idea the hot tub didn't work and could only guess the heater was inoperative as well. After our first night, the sheet had pulled loose on the bed-revealing visible red stains in several spots on the mattress. Seeing this before-there was no doubt these stains were from bed bugs. When we told the staff member he quickly informed us he could do NOTHING about this because we had booked through third party. We checked out and left. Terrible! and we are stuck because of third party billing and misleading advertizing!!!!!!

Very nice hotel, quite, clean, comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast had a nice choice of things. Not far from Downtown French Lick. Little high priced but it was a very nice stay.

Our family had 2 rooms. Both bathrooms were very dirty. Had to be cleaned before we could use them.

Would like to see check in check out staff show more compassion and have desire to help

Property didn't have it listed that their pool and hot tub were closed, but luckily staff upgraded us to a suite for our troubles

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious & clean. The only problem is the room refrigerator only gets mildly cool, it doesn't keep food/drinks cold. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were newer. The pool which is marketed with the hotel is under construction which we were also not told about until checking in. THEN during the night we found bed bugs crawling on our bed which we quickly addressed with the person at the front desk however, (though no fault of her own) was her second night on the job and she had no idea what to do since management was not answering their phone. We were not offered a different room and were eventually offered a refund after talking to the Managers wife Tracy, which was working the next day. At this point our credit card was charged two times more and we are still awaiting a refund as this person also has no idea what she is doing. At this point they have over charged us, exposed my family to bed bugs and have no pool. It has been a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle 0 stars…

Carpet not swept.... Did not discover until cleaning up in the morning... Brunette hair on brown carpet cling to out feet. We have blonde and gray hair, so it's not ours.... Also before the hair. noticed dust bunnies sticking to the popcorn ceiling...yuk!!!

Staff Amazing 👏 very kind! Rooms were not the cleanest. Hair in bathroom. Stuck to towels and walls. Old food left in fridge. Ice machine had dirty brown water, etc. Pool broken.

The person on duty was accommodating. The pool or the hot tub wasn’t available so she upgraded me to a king suite with jacuzzi in the room. That made the stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The air-conditioning unit sounded like a freight train, and the toilet leaked loudly.

The room is updated and very clean. The only downside was no hot tub and no pool due to renovations.

The pool and hot tub was down for remodeling, but it wasnt advertised as being down. The hotel was clean though, and the staff was nice.

It was the most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ever . Sleeping on hay would have been better
