It's a slick operation, clean and very child friendly. Probably not for couples without children but otherwise nicely upmarket with good food and swimming pools. The rooms are very quiet and we had a great sea and sunset view from the balcony.

This place strikes a perfect balance between being family friendly, but in a subtle way. It doesn't feel disney-like/in-your-face entertainment, yet there is always something somewhere for the kids to do. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the pools are lovely and clean and enough space for everyone. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The dining room was fantastic - nice and modern and clean, very spacious. The food choices never got boring. However, if i'd one niggle, it would have been nice to mix up the dining with an additional option for evening (like, Marsea being available at lunchtime). But that is not a deal breaker. It's hard to fault really and we would definitely return.

Great brand new hotel with great facilities - kids will love it. Beach and outdoor spaces have been amazingly landscapes. Food place can get very crowded though at peak hours and extra like a decent coffee are at extra charge.

Beautiful grounds with loads to do for the kids. Lots of different pools to choose from and a lovely spa area for the adults to escape to. Food was excellent with so much choice and very fresh.

Excellent experience, specially for the kids, amazing food. It should be more cleaning stuff at the property due to lot of kids playing around, touching everything etc. and it is a flue season also

Perfect. Good rooms, clean, good food, lots of choices, interesting activities for children and adults, nice pool and area around the hotel. Rooms were upgraded from classic to family rooms. Staff was friendly.

One night I wosn't sleep because something was wrong with pipe. They fix in morning and that is ok, but when we was GO home they sad only that they are sorry. I was pay full price.

Hotel is super. It is clean and very cosy. Excellent for families because there is a lot of activites for children.

All was great.Only bed was not so good. For kids is the best.

We paid €890 / 6.586 HRK for two days. It was one of the most expensive hotels, we have ever stayed at. What we got, was an OK all inclusive resort, but not the luxury, that the price level led us to expect. Positives: A new hotel, with a good layout of hotel facilities and extensive grounds leading to the stone beaches, with good possibilities for swimming in the ocean and a lovely view of Rovinj. Great Zumba, Pilates and Aqua gym with Jelena - absolutely marvelous and fun exercise. Good pools. A good bathroom, with a bathtub and enough towel racks. Two good cafes on the beach front. Negatives: The WORST reception. We came early and were made to feel unwelcome. The information was mostly about the cost for replacing wristbands and towel cards, if we lost them, and the added cost if we dined around. No info on the activities program and facilities of the hotel. A feeling that we were more of a nuisance than welcome guests. At check our, with a third person, focus was mainly on whether we had taken something from the minibar, this was asked 3 times. When asked if we enjoyed our stay, I answered “not really”, but there was no questions as to why not. A cramped room, the children’s beds were pullout from under the adult beds, and once pulled out, the room was completely full. Only two lounge chairs on the small terrace. The all inclusive buffet was large, but the quality was not high. Bad coffee.

One of the best family hotels we have visited with kids activities for different age groups, delicious food for the whole family and excellent & stylish rooms and facilities. Free transportation to/from Rovinj, which is a beautiful small town.

This place is wonderful! The food is great, the rooms are clean, the staff is excellent and there is a ton to do! Great spot for a relaxing family get away.

Incredible food selection. From mini hamburgers for the little ones to fresh sea products for the all the above. Food will not be an issue. Healthy eating is also available, plenty. Nice hotel. Nothing superb, but nice. We stayed in April and got a good deal and it was worth the money. Food was great and there was plenty of activities for kids. The only problem was that there was too hot and humid in hotel room and the corridors. 25 degrees is way too much for room temperature. And when you have four persons in a room, it becomes humid Nights were not nice. There was working ventilation in bath room, but not in the room. Air didn’t change at all. The reception told us to keep the balcony door open, but it was very cold outside (and also a bird came in), so then it was cold in the room. What happened was that we become ill and that kind of ruined our holiday. For me it is hard to understand why over heat the hotel and then keep the ventilation off. They turned off the radiator in the bathroom (as it was very hot), but what happened then was that nothing dried up anymore. So wet towels for the rest of the vacation. But big thanks to the lovely staff and the area is great and Rovinj is Beautiful. But as the hotel is nice, I think for high season it is overpriced. Low season rates are ok.

An exceptional place to stay, relax and enjoy - both as a parent and especially as a kid. Excellent facilities, activities and team for kids.

A true paradise for families with children! Very affordable outside the season! And a truly great restaurant.

Amazing rooms, excellent all-inclusive food (breakfast/lunch/dinner), and very friendly staff. We are already looking forward to a return visit, and would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to our friends with young children.

Amazing stay in Amarin.The kids 3+6 loved it and enjoyed all the facilties.Outdoor pool was nice, indoor pool was great (especially on a rainy day)The area is beautiful, one can enjoy walking around, Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.We took a Taxiboat to Rovinj and had a lovely visit there.Alltogether a wonderful holiday.

There was lots for kids to do, from the climbing area in the lobby to the play rooms in the kids zone, which have lots of toys and activities. Our kids (5 and 1.5) loved running down the ramps from our room on the 3rd floor every day instead of taking the lift. Our room was large and furnished in a simple, modern style. Going across the whole of one wall was a large board with regular spaced holes in it that the kids can re-arrange the foam cylinders to make pictures - they spent a good few hours in total just playing with that! It's small touches like these that made our time at the resort a happy one. The beach is very close, but is stones rather than sand (as usual for Croatia). The grounds have many play areas for kids of all ages. There's 2 indoor pools and 3 outside. There are excursions available - we spent a couple of hours in Rovinj to see the Cathedral and old town plus a successful Dolphin trip.
