My husband and I only stayed for one night during the course of our travel. The staff are courteous and there is great variety of breakfast items to choose from. My husband commented how clean the room and bathroom are.

This hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and aimed to make our stay comfortable (bringing us extra pillows and blankets). We felt safe in the hotel and it was in a nice neighborhood.

I requested a early check in and the front desk was accommodating. The hotel was clean and they made some updates which made the hotel very inviting.

Convenient for travelers looking for a break from driving. Hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner was noisy though and we had hoped for a place to eat nearby.

Room was smelly and damp. Shower was grimy. Pool was gross and breakfast was cold and tasteless for $17 a person.

I arrived with my child close to 11:30pm last night. Check-in was not as smooth as I expected. Had to swipe my card twice and price was different than what I booked on Expedia. But the most frustrating and disappointing part of check-in process was the lack of bellman carts! None! The employee at check-in was very kind and understanding. She even went to a different floor to try to find a cart for us, and even when she couldn’t find any, she offered to help us carry any bags - which was very kind of her! Example of stellar and compassionate employee who understands a client. Other than the check-in experience, room was nice and clean (except for an opened and already used hand soap that was left into he soap dish).

The front desk receptionist was so nice, after a long drive, it was great to be greeted the way we were and she was just so pleasant and accommodating to help .

We stayed on the 4th floor in which the AC must have been broken because it felt like 90degrees in there. I did not see any recycle bins there were no recycle bins in my room. The shower was messed up as the temperature was only super hot or extremely cold. There were also herds of children playing in the hallways, and in the elevators with no adult supervision and management did not care to say anything. They were so loud they kept us awake. The one thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the fridge stayed cold.
I have stayed at better Hilton than this.

Easy access from highway, plenty of parking. Room was nice, bathroom had rust around the tub. A/C was so loud it kept me awake most of the night. Staff were very nice.

Rooms were somewhat dated and were not well Kept. Thrown together caulking around sink, broken vents on ac unit, torn shower curtain etc

Pool not open during our visit, closed with no notice. Having a pool on site was a significant factor in why we chose this hotel. Also the hotel felt over priced and under delivered on the value.

The staff were unusually warm, responsive, eager to help. Brought an extra blanket, told us where to find an atm, inquiring how could they help. Facility very clean, and again very warm and personable server at breakfast. Liked the breakfast. Better to pay and not get a weird sawdust croissant.
