Great one night stay Reception staff were excellent the room was fine location was perfect for us. We didn’t book breakfast but the staff were very helpful and we had a relaxing coffee in the bar which was just what we needed. Visiting friends or family in this area? Stay here it’s perfect

Great hotel and affordable in May. Wonderful pool area and heated water. My only disapointment was that despite photos of pancakes that wasn’t served - even when I asked about it.

This Hotel is the Jewel in the Crown of Orihuela Costa. Our stay was just beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We organised a Black Tie Ball in their function suite and we had 100 guests for a delicious 3 course dinner, the hotel couldn't have been more helpful when we were organising the event. It is a superb venue for functions like this and I would highly recommend it to anyone for events like this. The accomodation is very comfortable , clean amd modern and is to a very high standard.

Great setting. Bungalows built around the pool. Nice to sit outside and not to go up and down stairs to pool. Pity only spanish tv could do with satelite. Dark wood furniture little bit tired. Wood shutters on windows need updati g. Shame they charge for using fridge. €3.50 per day. Overall great stay pleasant and peaceful.

An off season overnight stay so you can't expect to get the true feeling of the hotel, but it was clean, the staff were very attentive (we only counted seven other people) the pool outside the room looked most inviting, but no so much in February

Staff were friendly. Very clean room, although a little small. Shower was great. Food was very nice in the restaurant, breakfast was extremely good. Very good value for money overall. I don't know about the local area as I only stopped one night for business. I chose here because I needed to bring in 2 dogs and have parking for a van (parking was free). I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for stay, nice and quiet. Only one thinking was missing, no vegetables for breakfast. After all great holidays.

The rooms are set facing onto the pool and garden, with a rear view onto gardens. A great position for the summer, small lounge area and bedroom on suite, rooms a little tired and need refurbishing but still a great place to be. The pools was being repaired, but when complete it would be a great position.
Restaurant closed so had to go out to eat.
Breakfast was good, a big selection of cold fare, plus fried eggs and bacon, proper coffee, a good stay, room clean and large, but needed a fresh paint and bathroom needed grouting but still worth a stay.
A short walk to the seafront, near to the sports centre, restaurants nearbye but many closed (off season)

This Hotel is visually very attractive with pool area / outside dining area being unsurpassed locally. Ideal location for many other activities. However it is somewhat dated and would really benefit from a facelift. We had B & B with the breakfast only average but found local restaurants very good for main meal. Staff performed their duties acceptably but could do much better. Given that this is a 3 star establishment it is acceptable and indeed quite good for the price. Free Wifi was a bonus.
