Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kids had a great time in the pool. The pool was very clean and sanitary, there were plenty of towels. The bar area was really nice as well. The breakfast was actually really good. Not a very typical hotel brekfast but they had some really good stuff there: sausage patties, various breads and bagels to toast, a selection of cereals and a flat top where they cook eggs, my favorite was the yogurt bar with fresh berries and granola, fritters and potatoes, all were really good. The only negatives I had was the setup of the rooms was very awkward with an obtrusive desk sticking right out into the middle of the room, no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans, very little toilet paper, and the blinds were not working but i will say within a half hour of notifying them about the blinds they had someone come right up and fix them. Overall i thought it was great and will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with a very comfy bed. Breakfast had lots of hot food options in addition to the standards. They also offer a yogurt and rest fruit station. The hotel also offered a nice workout room and indoor pool. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

Room was dated. Furniture was old and frayed. Staff tried to convince me all showers were designed as handicap accessible when I asked for shower with a door. Was eventually moved to a new room.

Personally, I would not choose to stay at the element again. Room was dirty, rug on floor was filthy, and the bathroom would mildly flood every time someone would shower due to improper drainage.
If you don’t care about either, go for it. The staff was friendly and helpful in replenishing towels (we needed a lot for the bathroom floor). Hotel also has continental breakfast, so that may be a bonus for some.

Overnight stay close to the airport. Clean hotel with good reception and parking space. Drive to Baltimore downtown is around 15 mins and 50 mins to DC

Michelle the shuttle driver was A1,none of the other staff was close....the cleaning of the rooms were horrible,even the lobby didn't seem to be Priority for cleaning this morning

Disappointed! The room was cold even though the temperature outside was HOT. We checked in on time there was a dildo left in the lamp stand. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok.

Overall the hotel fit everything I needed. I loved the amenities including free breakfast, and the pool. The rooms were also pretty sizable and offered a kitchen. It’s located in a nice area that’s very close to shopping, eateries, things to do. Only wished the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room/facilities were a little better.

The Element is a very comfortable studio condo. Attaching the Westin brand suggest a little refinement, some je ne sai quoi… in reality, kinda?
The layout of my King room was very functional. Bed comfortable, ample storage and giant bathroom. But the carelessness is noticeable: missing closet handle, coffeemaker basket not made for that machine model, chopping board but no sharp knife?
Still - The staff was lovely and my stay was enjoyable.

The Element was a great stay… the staff was super friendly and the area had tons of fun options to explore. I definitely plan on visiting the area again and hopefully I’ll be able to get another stay at the Element!

Rooms are decently large, clean, and well appointed. Shower was a little awkward with nowhere to put toiletries or towel but still ok. Staff and service really are a disservice to this hotel. Breakfast was middling at best and cleaned up totally 5 minutes before it supposed to end. Do to unforseen events we couldn't check-in the 1st night of a 3 night stay. Despite calling ahead 3 days earlier to have a note put on the account to hold the reservation, the staff cancelled the whole stay (because I didn't show, but recognized the note that i would arrive next day) forcing me to rebook and said I had to personally contact Expedia for a refund which turned into a whole ordeal because it was "nonrefundable". Eventually Expedia took care of things in the end but was more hassle than necessary and the hotel staff took almost no ownership of their mistake.

Very nice stay, close to mall & casino. Front desk staff friendly. Room quiet, fridge& microwave. Rug was slightly dirty but we were in a pet room. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great& readily replenished, lots of options, hot breakfast. Coffee& tea all day. Did not have time to use pool or gtm. Element adjoins to Aloft hotel which has a bar, but also didnt have time to visit

Room was dirty, dust and hair on the floor, carpet i tripped over countless times due to edges being curled, the mattress did not fit the frame.

There was some kind of alarm going off and when went to desk to inquire the agent said well i dont see anything down here singnaling theres anything wrong and dismissed me. Didnt check it out or care to hear anything more from me.
The cable was hit and miss, most channels didnt come in at all just static.
The breakfast was cold even at 7am when was first brought out. The yogurt bar was amazing though. There were kids wanting to make creal but there were no bowls.
I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any one visiting the area.
