Christine was friendly at checkin and very accommodating.

The stay was okay but the breakfast wasn’t that appealing.

Stayed four nights and didn’t receive a single house keeping service. Even when I’d requested fresh towels on the third evening, the staff said she’d request someone to send some to my room but nobody came. I was literally making my own bed and cleaning my toilet before and after use. Complained to the manager while I was checking out and she apologized and promised to look into it. She was going to offer some point if I was a Marriott member or make adjustments to my final invoice but never followed through.

We asked for an extra pillow and the answer was “we ran out.” The parking lot was at least half empty and it was 10pm. I would check to see what the room count was that night, and either instruct employees on how to be accommodating or buy more pillows if you really didn’t have enough.

Overall, the property was very clean. The rooms were clean, but the beds were hard and we had no TV for two days. The storm had taken out the third and fourth floor and we were on the third. They said we’d get comped on our room but had to reach out to where we had Paid for it at this time. We thought we probably wouldn’t get comped on it. The breakfast were OK.

Overall it was ok the bed was hard and we had no tv for the two nights we were there they had a storm the night before and it knocked out the third and fourth floor TVs they did offer a refund or a discount on our room yet to see that..

Booked a two queen bed room on travelocity, then showed up to a room with two twin beds. Motels still have small beds?? Not enough room for us sorry. Front desk tried to accommodate best they could but didn't seem like they cared. Other than that it was clean and well kept up.

It was good, friendly staff, and east check in. It was great. Only thing is other than breakfast there isnt really any food, options at the hotel, the little food area to buy food doesnt really have anything. So after breakfast you have to go out, but other than that and a crack in the shower wall it was good.

Room wasn’t ready when checking in at 430. Attended a wedding that evening and couldn’t check in until I was done at midnight.

Semi clean just outdated. Our showers tile had a big crack in it, the sink didn’t drain..

I had reserved an Executive Suite with a check in time at 3 pm, check out time 12pm. Upon arrival I was refused entry at 3pm and was told that check in is at 4pm. After sitting in the parking lot for over an hour I was finally able to check in after 4pm only to be placed in a handicap accessible room, not the executive room I had paid $200 for one night. I was told check out was at 11 am not 12 pm as it stated on my itinerary. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly when I asked the way to the hot tub that I was very much looking forward to after sitting in the parking lot for over an hour. Was told “there is no hot tub” the hotel website clearly shows an indoor pool and hot tub. FYI: the so called heated pool that they did have was very small and ice cold. Once arriving to the room it seems clean but had a stale smell. We stayed 5 minutes then quickly relocated to the Comfort Inn across the way. Where we were greeted by friendly staff, enjoyed a very nice hot tub. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. They even gave us a complementary late check out. Live and learn but I am so thankful for the Comfort Inn as we were able to enjoy our trip!!

Good stay. Met expectations. Things a little hap hazard at times.

Just a so so hotel. Ok for one night. Tired, worn out rooms although they are fairly clean. Toilet paper dispense was broken in room. Toilet also ran all night. TV remote needed new batteries-barely worked for changing stations.

A little trouble finding even using WAZE Front desk clerk is amazing.

Tried to check in (after the 3pm check in time) and my room wasn’t ready and had not been cleaned. Had to change in the lobby bathroom for a wedding. Front desk staff was very nice. When I finally checked in at almost midnight check in was very quick and the lady at the desk was great. Fan blew all night and I couldn’t turn it off and because of this I was cold. Looked for extra blanket and there was none. Toilet is loose and makes a banging noise when you sit and get up. Also all hotels should have zippered mattress encasements on mattresses.

Stayed there for a wedding. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

Only needed for one night but room was clean and comfortable

Room was never made the entire stay despite multiple requests. Trash was in the hallway for 2 days. Also, the US flags was torn and shredded on the pole. TV did not work in the room or anywhere else in the hotel for 24 hours. Overall one of the worst Marriott brands we have ever stayed. Would not recommend. Try Comfort Inn next door.

Nice hot

They don’t have house keeping and they don’t bring you fresh towels even when you request it. Don’t expect too much. Below average in my opinion.

Everyone at the front desk was all very friendly and helpful! Room was clean. Lobby and common areas were also clean.

The Staff were Superb!!! Room was sizeable and clean. The air conditional was spot on!!! Breakfast was delicious and hot!

The staff were fantastic!!! My grandson locked the bathroom door with no one in it and they came right up and unlocked it!!!

The A/C had leaked in our room. The clerk quickly exchanged us to another room.
