The hotel was horrible. It was dirty. The bathtub had stains, and there were small bugs in the lamps. The only decent part was the check in assistance. The receptionist was pleasant.

There were a roach in my room!

I’m usually not to picky because I’m a budget hotel shopper. I paid a little more for this due to the proximity and wanting to be close to campus for movies in day. The lobby was nice. When we stepped off the elevator you could smell smoke, I checked and all the signs said no smoking, so I assumed they just didn’t update the halls beyond paint. The room didn’t have that smoke smell. It looked nice at first glance. New carpet, paint was nice, granite vanity in the bathroom. The white bedding looked clean. As I settled I I saw how gross it was. The cushion in the window was all stained I didn’t even want to set my suitcase down, the desk chair was all stained didn’t want to sit on it either, the bathtub was stained and didn’t have a drain cover, and I found a fake nail on the dresser. The pillows were lumpy.

Dirty bathroom, dirty beds, horrible room

The place was dirty, couldn’t shower as it wasn’t worth the risk. Front desk staff don’t know what they are doing. I was double charged for room and deposit, when I mentioned it the only answer I received was “yes I know the night guy messed everything up” ***do not stay here***

I will never ever book room with hotel We booked smoked free room and the room smelld all night long. I am sick now from the smell. Dirty beds, Hair everywhere, dirty bathroom without any soap or shampoo, dirty room

Shower dripped and the tub itself was dirty - hairs from the previous occupant on the floor of the tub. Door security lock was missing a screw which rendered it useless. Bed cover was stained. Window screen had a huge hole in it.

the entire place smells like cigarette butts from the lobby, room and elevator i got a cheap room because this hotel can’t fill up. Hotels.com said this was a sale down from $150 a night. Honestly this hotel isn’t worth the $74 i paid per night. 1st room had no refrigerator or microwave 2nd room had a microwave but it didn’t work the tub wouldn’t drain during a shower so your standing in water! when i tried to call the desk to complain the phone wouldn’t work, no dial tone, no service at all internal to the hotel or to the outside world breakfast was disgusting and pathetically small offerings if you just want a place to crash then risk it otherwise this place is one of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in Hotels.com do a better job in your assessments!

The woman who check me in was very quick and very polite. Although the room I stayed in was a little on the dirty side, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. The tub had hairs and dirt marks everywhere, the shower curtain didn’t stay closed which made water go everywhere. The hallways had a musty smell, constant noise from different neighbors(not the hotels fault). But in the end I did only pay $85 so I got what I paid for lol

Worst place I ever stayed. No sheets, no clean anything and no pillow covers. Couldn’t wait for night to be over. Stay away

Shower head output was woefully inadequate--barely a dribble. Toilet did not flush consistently. Air conditioner was NOISY. TV lacked instructions on how to operate. Remove did not control the volume. mediocre breakfast compared to other microtels

It was a close to the stadium, that was the biggest plus.

This is an older motel that could do with an update. The first room I was assigned had very poor air conditioning, so I asked for a was provided with a new room. The parking lot is too small, so I had to park in the street. The motel was reasonably quiet and clean. The bathroom has only a stand up shower and a small sink. Would I stay here again? Very likely not. There are better options for the same price.

Smell was horrible, hotel was unorganized, low quality, bathroom shower was dirty. No access to TV because remote wasn’t given. Room was too dark even with lights. I would’ve rather slept on Notre Dame’s bench while paying the same price.

The receptionist at the front desk was more interested in the show streaming on her computer than in checking me in. The floor of the tub was filthy. One of the mattresses in the room had suspicious stains visible when the sheets were drawn back. The door to the room didn't latch or lock without excessive jimmying.

Clean. Efficient. Across the street from a fun little bar-Cheers. Next door to good breakfast-Bob Evans.

3 things- Toilet tank was very slow to fill with water- didn't notify staff on it. Surprised at how small the Tv was. My computer screen is bigger at work and the AC worked but was noisy.

We saw two roaches in the room. They seemed aware and asked people not to take breakfast into the room which is reasonable. The breakfast waffle, oj and coffee were very good. The check-in process was bumpy. Although we prepaid on a travel site, they seemed to think we did not pay.

Needs a complete overhaul

Ice maker didnt work, bathroom had stained tub, toilet and sink, stains on the beds, air conditioner didnt work, refrigerator had mold, not much breakfast on weekdays, key cards stopped working after 1 use. We understand there was construction going on and the staff helped but we will never stay there again.

Doors slamming all night. Entire building was shaking. It's crackhouse Wyndham. Avoid.

It was an average hotel customer service was good

This hotel should be condemned. Room smelled awful, furnishings were decrepit, so old. Worst of all were the cockroaches we found when we first walked in the room. After being in room for less than 2 mins, we ran out. Cancelled our reservation. Still fighting with hotel and Expedia to get a refund. I will NEVER EVER book w/ Expedia again. Expedia should have refunded my $ immediately after they learned what we encountered in the room. Better to book direct. Also working w/credit card to get $ returned. My wife and I are still traumatized.

The staff was super helpful and nice. Really close to Notre Dame. Great stay!

The property is quite dated but the beds were comfy and staff was extremely friendly and kind.

At 1:30 in the morning a group in another room got extremely loud waking myself and my three kids up. At 3:30 in the morning after a lot of screaming and yelling by 10 or more individuals in the hotel, the police arrived to get control of the situation. None in our group slept that night and we immediately left the property.

Bedding was smelly. Bathroom plumbing awful. Toilet clogged.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean in terms of beds, bathroom, etc. Main negative is that the property just seems old, worn, and in need of maintenance. Stained and worn carpets, damaged walls, stained seat cushions etc. I like Microtel Inn but this one is overdue for a renovation/updates.

The carpets are filthy, stained and stink. Hallways stunk like cigarettes. Found bedbugs.

The bed was clean and the hotel was close to my conference and ultimately that was what I needed. But there were stains on the chair and cigarette burns on the upholstery. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and was the wrong size for the coffee maker so I had to hold the button on the bottom of the filter basket with my nail file to make coffee. There were no coffee packets in my room and the evening front desk was understaffed and couldn't bring me any. In the morning, a wonderful woman brought me lots of flavors, though. The sink drained very slowly, and there was no plug for the tub. It served my needs, but just barely.
