Unfortunately, I had to secure a night because my AC went out in my house. There was some construction affecting some of the aesthetics, and there was some minor wallpaper issues, but otherwise, the room was nice, the AC worked well, and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Was nice our time in there, was clean, good customer service. Everyone was happy and polite. The breakfast lady was friendly and excellent service. The room service was great, We love the hotel. Thank you!!

The hotel is being worked on and bathroom still needed some work to look like a finished bathroom. The lobby is also being worked on so it has room for improvement which I think will happen. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was under renovation and was not stated on Expedia. The pool was closed and it’s summer, the gym AC was not working and smelled like mold and WiFi was down. There was also bugs in the restroom. When bringing these issues to manager and asked for discounted pricing he said there was nothing he could do since it was booked through Expedia. When my wife contacted Expedia and explained the situation they contacted the manager. Then he lied to Expedia stating he had mentioned all the issues ahead it time. Terrible management. I do not recommended this location.

Fairfield is a nice hotel to stay at . I've stayed at this one a number of times. They do have eternal rentivation going on though. This time last year the lobby was torn up and is still that way This time, although I did see worker's this time that were working.

We love Fairfield hotel, but this time My Family and I ,we where disappointed. The room we got the carpet was Wet and the smell.of Humidity. I call the front desk and change us to an other room . Second room the pillows smell bad and wet. I went to the front desk and they changed it for only 1. This time we where disappointed .the employee that was here he try to do his best.

Firstly, the maps location is misleading, the hotel is not located directly off the two highways, it’s further down the main highway and not at the intersection like PROMOTED. The Lobby was under construction and had a strong paint smell. When we walked in no one was at the front desk and we had to repeatedly call a landline located on the 3rd floor and wait for the only staff member on which to come down the elevator. Other than that, check in was simple. The wallpaper in the hotel bathroom and room was pealing off and exposing drywall in numerous places. The shower wall was stained green and very dirty? I didn’t shower my whole stay due to this. They also experienced wifi issues all 3 days we were there so no netflix or usage of the TV on our vacation. Pros: Great AC in Texas heat. Did not stink of paint in the rooms. King bed was soft and clean. Overall…. not worth it for this price

Hotel is under renovation in the common areas. This was not listed or noted on the website. However, our bathroom had wallpaper coming off all the walls. Toilet ran excessively. Mattress was soft and lumpy. Entire place needs renovation.

Great place to stay and everything is super convenient

The property is currently being remodeled. As far as keeping the areas cleaned during this process they are doing a great job. I just wished I knew ahead of time that construction/remodel was in process. The room was clean, just wasn't finished.

The hotel is located off a service road and surrounded by restaurants, that was a big plus. However the description didnt say they were remodeling. Had i been aware previously i wouldn't have booked here. Dust was everywhere, the shower had hair in it (obviously hadnt been cleaned) and we just didn't feel comfortable. We chose to shorten our stay from 2 nights to just 1 for these reasons. The employees were friendly and we enjoyed breakfast.

Under renovation

Should notify guests before booking that the property is under such extensive renovation. Our room had peeling wallpaper, sheets had been washed with a pen resulting in spots, shower drain didn’t work well, and the room smelled wet and sour. Light over bathroom mirror didn’t work and handwritten menu for breakfast wasn’t accurate. Construction supplies everywhere, current photos of property do not reflect the state of the hotel. Not worth the price in my opinion. The travel crib I requested was not provided.

The room was horrible. There was mold in the bathroom the wallpaper was peeling off. I know the hotel was under renovation but the room I was in should have been closed off. I’ve been feeling sick for 2 days. I am requesting a call from someone.

It was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping stores.

There was nothing to like about this hotel-renovations occurring without advanced warnings, privacy locks in 2 rooms (201 & 207) not working, plumbing in 207 (tub drain) working poorly, breakfast was terrible ( burnt bacon, no eggs or biscuits just sausage and egg McMuffin). Among the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. We checked in late and couldn’t get a refund or we would have left.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Very good. Everything good quality ie eggs,oatmeal,orange juice, and coffee😊

In the process of a remodel...otherwise excellent

Our room had a shower that dripped all night. On top of that there was an ugly water leak that flooded the carpet. We told the front desk person and he said there was no maintenance person and no rooms available and walked away. Mind you the parking lot was never even half full. So obviously he didn’t care. We had to deal with soggy carpet until we checked out the next day. The place needs help wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom probably from other water leaks. Just overall bad experience and it wasn’t a nice room. So will not stay there again.
