Love this place! It looks right at the Marina in the Mediterranean.It is gorgeous , the balcony is incredible. It's a great place to walk around.You can walk around the Marina to the beach.Even heading to town it's great.

Generally, it's a good location, but do not expect to park your car easily in that area. The hotel has ZERO parking, even though they don't have parking to unload your stuff in front of the hotel (bring your stuff from self-parking somewhere). This hotel will not provide the iron.

The staff were very nice and helpful but the property quality was not good. The room I stayed in absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite it being a no smoking room. And then the bed was like concrete and 2 pillows like thin slabs of lumpy concrete. Looks like they updated the exterior but forgot the most important part - the bed. I won’t be returning.

Nice room, balcony overlooking the marina. AC wasn’t as good as I would have liked. Didn’t seem very adjustable.
Thought I was getting a king bed but it was two singles pushed together. I’m tall so not too comfortable.

A modern hotel. Very clean. Balconies facing the sea, great view. Nice breakfast. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Thin walls; you hear the neighbours very well, but I wasn’t disturbed at night. Easy access to Ventigmilia Alta (old town) through the elevator inside the tunnel, and a short walk through the tunnel and over the bridge to the new part of the town. 25min walk to Calandre beach. Would recommend.

Our last 2 nights in Italy after a 4 week road trip and WOW, what a fabulous hotel to end it in. A room with an amazing view. Everything about it was just as advertised. Loved it and would certainly recommend to everyone

Fabulous property. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. So close to the beach! I am disabled and was still able to make it to enjoy time on the beach and in the water. The staff gave us tips to make it to Old Town which was also within walkable distance for me. Great stay!

Lovely view of the sea from all rooms and incredibly helpful and friendly team. It is in a fantastic area a few steps from the beautiful new marina with shops and restaurants. Yet also 200 yards from a lift to the amazing old town and a few feet from a tunnel taking you to the centre of Ventimiglia. The town has all sorts of shops and a really enviable daily food market. There are authentic restaurants for every taste and budget.
The room was spacious and super clean.
The negative was the noisy building site next door that our balcony looked over. It operated from 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri so no chance of a lie in. Also the a/c wasn’t on and it got quite warm in May. They were full so we couldn’t change rooms.
The positives outweigh the negatives though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Newish hotel about 15 mins walk from station. Friendly staff and nice room with sea view balcony and table. Good breakfast spread. Well located for stunning new marina and lift access to beautiful old town.

What a special place. Unlike any other. Not luxurious but very special and quaint. Hosts are LOVELY. Could be upgraded to luxurious with softer bed and down pillows and a little more attention to toiletries. The used shampoo bottles were a distraction from high end accommodations.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good view of private boats in small sheltered harbor. Easy access to beach and dining options. Advertised free parking, but that was actually adjacent public parking which was limited. Secured parking in nearby facility will cost extra. Quiet room was well kept and convenient to lift. Continental breakfast was adequate with friendly staff.

We were greeted by a very friendly helpful lady, she made us feel very welcome.
We took the lift to the second floor, our room was beautiful with a lovely balcony.
The room was very clean and decorated with taste, the bed was also extremely comfortable.
The food at breakfast was plentiful, and the breakfast staff very warm and welcoming.
Outside the font of the hotel is a very lovely place to sit and relax with a drink.
The position of this hotel is well placed for the old town, and the marina, with restaurants just seconds away.
We had a wonderful peaceful stay.

Second time at this nice hotel within walking distance to the city centre. Everything was great even though the pillow in the bed was to hard and big.

Great location! Wish I knew in advance that there’s no AC - it gets turned off in October? A fan would have helped create a breeze in hot room.

I had notified the hotel that I am highly allergic to cigarettes. You can imagine my horror to find people smoking inside the indoor lobby when I arrived. The clerk said "what am I to do?" It caused smoke to go up the stairs and into my room. It happened several times during my stay, forcing me to abandon my room to escape getting sick. I got very sick my last night because of the cigarettes. I will never stay there again.

Disappointing stay. There’s much better places nearby on Italian coast that I’ve seen for similar money.
- Water quality of sea front was poor for 3 days straight...lots of floating trash in the water (garbage and natural sea trash).
- Ventimiglia is older and not as nice as neighboring towns. Walk into town from hotel is roughly kept and has some occasional unpleasant smells.
- Room was recently renovated with marginal breakfast included
- Hotel charged my credit card one day before I arrived (not a prepaid rate; supposed to pay on site)

The hotel is in a perfect location. A nice clean room right on the beach, walking distance to everything. The owner is very nice and very helpful. Very nice breakfast. Restaurants all along the boardwalk. Train station about ten minute walk. We took it to Monte Carlo just a 1/2 hour ride and one hour to Nice. Extremely easy.

We where just for one night to get to the Monaco F1 Race and it is very close to the Vertimiglia train station and it takes about 25 minutes to get to Monaco for 4.5 Euro!
Has several Restaurants at walking distance and the beach is right in front.
They are building a pier in front of the hotel and I belive it will be ready on October 2018
Would definitely recommend it!
