Overall, our stay was average. Nothing is really stand out about the room or the hotel. We did note that the room was very clean (no bad smells) compared to other hotels in the area (where most hotel room smells very mildewy - and we know because we have been visiting enroute to Nantucket for 15 years +). So this is a big plus! But what was most disappointing was the breakfast area and food - the area is too small to accommodate the overflow of guests at this time of year. It was wall to wall people. And most of the food was either gone or picked over. We were on a time crunch, so we could not wait for a table or for the food to replenish. Otherwise, average stay but would suggest looking elsewhere for breakfast :)

Good location near Hyannis Port restaurants, clean, quiet.

This is my favorite place to stay on the Cape. I would give it an excellent rating across the board but there are two items that hurt that perfect score. The first is that the bed was really uncomfortable and the second is that my room was not cleaned the entire 3 nights/4 days of my stay. When I went to the front desk to ask if my room could be cleaned I was told that it was too late to request cleaning. It was 11:45 am and the housekeepers were still on my floor cleaning other rooms. With that said, with the exception of that one rude staff member, everyone else is warm and welcoming. We will stay again. Hampton Inn is by far the best dog friendly hotel on the Cape.

Nice atmosphere and clean room.

Nice hotel, but it seems Hampton Inns are allowing dogs in there hotels now. Every Inn we’ve gone to in New England has had dogs and while I’m a dog lover myself, I don’t like them in hotels and having to listen to them bark and whine at all hours. Put your dog in the kennel!

The staff was outstanding. Accommodations were perfect and the hotel was very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel and staff were great. Dan , Mario and the other 2 staff at the front desk were exceptional and went above and beyond. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the new person, I believe Anthonina was her name, she was the staff at the breakfast, leaving many items empty, even the milk was empty, she satys inside, rarely comes out and I witnessed her beyond rude to a client when he knocked on the the door to ask her to attend to the empty items. She definitely need training or relocation to motel 6 or something. Otherwise the hotel, house keeping and front desk were exceptional and made our stay great.I would go back for another stay hoping the breakfast new staff either trained or moved on.

Only hotel in Cape Cod that is not a run down old dump.

Too loud. People above us kept running back and forth in the morning. Also, people in the hallway being too loud. Nothing was done about it. Didn’t sleep well at all because of it.

Great stay! Spacious clean room and friendly staff. Cookies at 8pm were a lovely touch as well as all day coffee and lemon water. Unfortunately no time to use facilities but swimming pool looked very inviting.

The main areas could use more cleaning, dirty carpets sticky seating but I did like the hotel for price and value

The toilet flush was broken, and the toilet was smelly. The hotel should have noticed this before accommodating people in the room. Moreover, the room was not properly cleaned.

I couldn’t decide how many stars to give this place because there were good 👍 things and not so good 👎 things that I know were out of the control of the hotel staff. The room they gave us needed some repairs: shower sliding door fell off the track then was super tight to open once we pulled it back on the track. Toilet was not sealed to the floor so it moved when ever we used it. Shower head cap was not sealed to the wall. Bed too firm for us. I called front desk and they upgraded us to a better and remolded room. It is a pet friendly hotel but people need to be more careful keeping pets leashed or at least secured especially if you know your pet is a runner. My husband and I were NOT expecting to be jumped/attacked by a very large dog as we were walking down the hall to the elevator. Pretty scary. The good 👍: staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming, the breakfast selection was wonderful, cleanliness excellent, plenty of parking. Very close to dock to take the ferry, great restaurants nearby.

Close to restaurants and golf. Not far from the beach. Room was very clean. Dog friendly rooms if you need them. Front desk very nice. Baked cookies every night at 8pm for guests to have. They have Cape Cod beer on tap. You can get local beer right at the hotel. This beer is made just down the road.

Propety is in very good condition. Staff is very helpfull and attentive. 8pm cookies are a hit!!!. Will stay here again when visiting the Cape..

We have a wonderful stay. Received canned water when we arrived. Hot freshly baked cookies at 8pm. Breakfast had a variety of items. No gluten free muffins or bagels. Hot breakfast was eggs, bacon and home fries, and waffles. Close to numerous restaurants and activities.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate and be pleasant. Pool and hot tub could be cleaner (and warmer). Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had some questions about check in prior to my arrival and spoke with Alyssa on the phone. She was so pleasant, kind, and helpful! I’m not sure of the name of the gentleman who checked me in when I arrived but he was awesome as well. My kids especially loved that he made sure I knew about the fresh cookies.

Generally a great stay… the warmth of shower water was hit or miss, and we stayed on a very stormy night with the flagpoles outside our window… so didn’t get the best sleep. Very firm beds. Great breakfast.

I stayed here one night for work in the area. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. Highly recommend.

Nice stay but the hot tub was broken and we were really looking forward to it so we were disappointed. Staff seemed aware of it but said could not be fixed.

We love it every thing clean perfect the customer service good the staff there very gentle the room are clean the pool everything is good my kids love it’s we definitely come back also is not us first time in the hotel but definitely enjoyed is very nice to relax and for kids plus the activities for the kids
