Only one lift is working and one of my room has not tv

No front disk employee most of the time, They put up a sign that there is maintenance work from nine in the morning until six in the evening, but unfortunately the work begins before seven o’clock. We ask the receptionist for a replacement key and he hands it to us without asking for any information to confirm... in general I will not make it again…

Overall it was a pleasant stay.
I had booked a standard room through Expedia. I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised to know they DON"T HAVE EXTRA PILLOW.!! Except that, the stay was pleasant.
They had a good breakfast buffet in their restaurant as well.

I think it is time to renovate this hotel… lights were not working, old moisty ceiling, curtains detached and not moving, 110V power outlets and limited 220V… Old TVs … incompetent staff… no one was welcoming us on the front door to help us with the luggages… reception staff do not what they are doing… terribleness experience definitely not doing it again

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The pricing of 74$ is an good price for the looks of it. The hotel is ok, but there are some small issues. When i checked in the window did not close right, so I call front desk and they sent the meninance team to fix it. the second day water was leaking in the bathroom, so i changed my room. It is an ok hotel and overall clean though.

The hotel was looking very tired in terms of appearance and there was very little staff.

At firest night the aircondition was bad becuase it was set on a specific temp. But next day after talking to mgr. They fixed it.

The hotel is an excellent location. There is a Hyper Panda and a park with a play area located across the street, and several cafes are within walking distance. The neighborhood is higher end residential and well lit and clean. Cons: While there is parking located on site, it only consists of about a dozen and a half spots. Street parking is available on both street sides of the hotel, but on a busy weekend, expect parking to be difficulty to find. I personally give this hotel a 9/10 and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I am regular traveler for business and this hotel is perfect but not with family. I booked for 2 adults 2 children when I asked for extra mattress even one they don't have. Even when I asked for blankets they send me one and said we have other customers may ask to give them one is enough?

The room was tatty. Partially cleaned carpets,windows gunked up on the inside. Pillows lumpy and check in staff need training. I felt very unwelcome. Pool only open during 10 and 4 for for ladies. When I said most ladies now work 10 till 4 the reception. Staff shrugged as if they just did not care. Restaurant open until 11pm but when I went at 9.45 it was set for breakfast. Serious problem with management.

Terrible hotel, employees and manager, non professional and lack of honesty. Poor service, very dirty room, dirty washroom and bed linens. Honestly can’t called hotel and should close! Worst experience ever.

Decent stay. breakfast was not too bad and location was walking distance to a mall so food and supplies was okay. Room was comfortable and bathroom was pretty new. I would stay again in future if i were in the vicinity. Wifi was a bit slow, but then again, it was slow all over in Saudi.

I don’t know why they call it 4 stars,
I asked to see the room before booking it because the pictures aren’t clear and yes as I thought it’s different from the pictures but I had no choice to go to other places, This place should be either 3 stars or renewing the whole hotel,
The idea of hotels, should let residents feel at home, I felt nervous and not comfortable at all.
The only way to choose this hotel when everything is expensive or sold out and you’re staying for only one night
