Jeff and Carol are wonderful hosts, made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, room was immaculate and romantic, a great get away!

Carol was wonderful. She asked about dietary restrictions and went out of her way to make sure that we could enjoy the breakfast and snacks even though we’re gluten free. She was extremely nice and helpful. The room itself was lovely- clean, quiet, had plenty of places to sit and relax and a small balcony with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Absolutely lovely owners and their helpers who go the extra mile from delicious breakfast to fabulous toiletries. Loved our stay and want to thank them for being so kind despite our late arrival and with an extra guest! Just exceptional all the way around! We look forward to returning!

The Captain Farris House was an amazing getaway location! My husband and I went away for 2 nights and loved everything about the Captain Farris House. Carol and Jeff were exceptional hosts who made sure our stay was pleasurable. The breakfasts were delicious and Carol did a fantastic job at making sure my gluten free options were to my liking, which they were. It was a first time stay at a bed and breakfast and we’re not sure we’d go anywhere else as this one was fantastic! We will be back for sure!

Excellent stay! Carol and Jeff were fantastic hosts! They were always helpful with dinner recommendations or with recommendations on day activities! The breakfast was outstanding!! The rooms were big, luxurious and very clean …. and there was a big garden and a front porch for sitting and relaxing!!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The Inn itself is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The owners Carol and Jeff were warm,welcoming and always made us feel at home. The breakfast was always delicious and extra snacks/coffee/teas available at any time. The location was very convenient for getting to the ferry and surrounding areas on the Cape. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

We arrived early on a very rainy early afternoon and were accommodated with an early check-in (which was a very nice surprise to us because it was clearly stated that check-ins occurred only after 3pm). Thank you!! A very beautiful and cozy B&B with AMAZING owners/hosts (Carol & Jeff) and their staff! They all made us feel at home; very welcoming! Spacious, clean private room…with spacious, nice and clean bathroom. TV/DVD in our room (but only wished for a smartTV to pull up our Netflix on that rainy first day). Morning breakfasts (and afternoon snacks) were outstanding and delicious! The grounds are beautiful with many areas to sit outside and enjoy, if so desired! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Just lovely!

I just recently stayed at Captain Farris and it was wonderful!!! Our host Carol and her staff were friendly and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was the best I had had at a B&B. There was always soft drinks and home made snacks available. Our room was more than adequate in size and very clean. It was a large property that allowed for relaxing outside if you so desired. It was centrally located on the south cape and was perfect! I would stY here again when I venture back to Cape Cod.

When my husband and I arrived at the property it was straight out of the movies. A beautiful cottage surrounded by the greenest trees with plenty of outdoor seating space to enjoy coffee, wine and the view. The included breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Karole went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She offered beach towels and chairs, snacks and refreshments. The Captain Farris House exceeded our expectations!

Carol and Jeff were very accommodating and breakfasts were delicious. My wife has impaired knees and struggles with certain chairs. Carol went out of her way to find a chair that made her comfortable. The Inn was convenient for visiting with family nearby and my siblings and I stayed there with our spouses. Great stay; comfortable place.

There was a terrible musty smell in the room. They tried to cover it up with very strong smelling floral plug ins. The air conditioning did not work properly. It was very noisy since you are a few steps from the street. The grounds were not kept up. The furniture and carpet were worn. The breakfast wasn't great.

We spent 3 nights at the Captain Farris House in Yarmouth MA. Very comfortable and clean. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast served each morning- different every day, but always great. We will definitely go back. It’s a perfect location for exploring around the Cape.
