Elevators down and I was on 5th floor. No one told me I was in another building so I had to figure out myself while lugging my luggage around. No complimentary anything.

Great spot close to the gondola. Shuttle service could be a touch better by removing the dead times. If you stay here, you're NOT on the Beaver Creek mountain, you're a shuttle ride away.
With that said, I really enjoyed the hotel and everyone was great.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It is clean and beautiful. However, the restaurant is closed as well as the Starbucks located in the first floor. We ate at the bar and our waiter was super kind and nice to the kids. His service was great, but the food was disappointing.

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. It was perfect for our ski trip. We loved the convenience of being able to get on the gondola right at the hotel so we could skin in and out. It was also very convenient to rent our skis at the hotel. We enjoyed to Lookout bar drinks and delicious food by the fireplace every day after skiing. The staff were all very friendly. For all the convenience ,comfort , and amenities you could not find anything any better for the price. We look forward to returning at this 5 star hotel in the future.

The Westin is our favorite place to stay in that area. Clean, modern and beautiful. The restaurants are excellent. The spa, health club and hot tub‘s are amazing. Weston’s have, I think, the best and most comfortable beds in the market.

it wasn't clearly mentioned during the booking that amenities for the mountain villas are shared with the main westin hotel property. it's a longer walk and not convenient with the multiple levels and multiple doors to get from one side to the other.

Over all good stay - some of the fire pits were pretty dirty with s’mores stuff and tables covered in marshmallow (glasses and dirty dishes left around property). Lots of hidden charges you would not expect. Rooms are okay.. nothing to be blown away by but location to skiing.

I stayed in the owner's villas building. Had a larger room and having no resort fee was a breath of fresh air. Parking was discounted as well.

Check in was smooth. Hotel has all sorts of amenities that are great. Especially for skiers, there is a place to leave skis, poles & boots and they wipe them down & warm the boots. Every staff member we met was extremely helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again. Only negative our trip is the gondola was not running, but this is a Beaver Creek ammenity, not the hotel. The hotel shuttle worked great and/or the bus stop is across the street.

We stayed in the Westin Villas (next door to the Westin Hotel) which are more like beautiful, well-appointed condos. Big kitchen with granite countertops, large living room, and very large bathroom (with a walk-in marble shower).
It was so amazing that from now on, instead of staying inside the Westin in their hotel rooms, we will stay in the Westin Villas. You have all of the amenities of the hotel (gym, spa, parking, restaurants, etc.) but with what is essentially a very large suite for the price of a hotel room.

The only “dislike” was that our room wasn’t handicapped accessible and when I booked our room this was not advertised. I would prefer to have known or had a standard room. I will probably not book through VRBO again if it is nonrefundable. This was known when I booked however I had a medical situation come up two weeks prior to our vacation and we didn’t think we were going to be able to make it. I tried calling the number on my reservation and it said it was no longer a working number. This was disappointing. Thankfully we were able to go on vacation but I will only book trips with insurance or one that gives me options in case of a similar type situation.

The room was great, only complaint was the staff refusal to take bags to the room since it was after hours. I also found the food and service to be lacking during our breakfast. For $70 a breakfast for 2 should be outstanding. The food was ok and the server appeared under the influence of something.

My keys did not work for the garage or my Villa. My ski gear was stolen while I tried to find a phone for assistance. I had no hot water the first night. The hot tubs were lukewarm and the manager said he left me a message which I never received. I was there 3 days and was unable to replace my helmet goggles and mittens to ski. I have been coming here for years and it was my favorite place. I am a veteran and have been to many places.
