Getting into the hotel room is a total hassle since the door lock is so finicky. The kitchen did not have a frying pan so I couldn't make breakfast like bacon. It also didn't have a cutting board to cut veggies. The room was reasonably clean, if a bit empty. Hallway was dark and spooky. Bed was nice to sleep on. I appreciate that there was some tea bags in the kitchen. Bathroom was totally fine. Air conditioning worked quite well, it was nice and quiet. Overall the room itself is fine but getting in is a pain and the kitchen was missing a few things.

Such a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place to my friends and family because the flat was spacious, clean, comfortable, the separate bathroom and toilet was handy in our two bedroomed apartment. The area was safe and central, we were very pleased with everything.

Absolutely amazing as an 18 year old travelling with his mate for the first time it was so easy to get the key and get in and place was amazing too

Pros: Nice decoration, very comfortable bed, kitchen (didn't use), well heated. Amazing central location!
Cons: Shower curtain badly positioned (1/3 way into bath) and shower head located on wall in the middle of the bath, made for a pretty uncomfortable shower. Washing machine could be spruced up a little (visual). Mall area around building entrance not very attractive and didn't feel great when we arrived late at night but it was fine ultimately, location more than made up for it. Would prefer tax to be included in rate rather than having to go to office to pay.

It was comfortable n neat property with easy access, very near to metro and bus stops.
The only issue was the radiator made funny noises and it use to happen randomly and make us awake as something had happen! They need servicing.

Perfectly placed for getting around the city, loads of shops and restaurants close by. it is in a safe apartment block above a small mall. The apartment is good for a short stay, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Some of the fittings/furnishings could be improved, eg more light blocking curtains and bigger towels would be appreciated, but overall it had everything we needed and was very quiet.

Clean, well located property with all of the necessities. Great communication. Initially finding the parking garage and apartment took some time, but was well explained by the property manager.

The location was perfect, so central to everything. Check in was straightforward. The apartment had everything we needed.

Overall very bad experience.
When I booked the appartement I specifically checked that it had a double bed and it's explicitly mentioned.
In practice I got a bed with 2 connected mattresses so I could sleep either on one side or the other one but not in the middle.
I asked the reception to change the appartment. They admitted that it's not a double bed and said they have very few apartments with a real double bed and all of the are booked so they couldn't help me.
There was no empathy or an attempt to somehow solve the issue.
Moreover, these single matrasses lie on a very low bad and are uncomfortable by themselves.
Bottom line if you are looking for a decent bed and comfortable sleep avoid this place.

When we arrived no one was at the facilty to welcome us. We found ourselves in the street trying to figure out how do we get the key to.our room. The room was not clean and unmaintained, to the point where we could find some of the former guests "belonging" under our kids bed.
The view from the balcony is other guests balconies which means the privacy is poor.

It was a bit tricky for me to get key from the key box, but communication with reception was and has always been really great.
They also helped me with few more hours extended of stay, until i had to go Airport, with the taxi they order for me.
The Appartment i got was very nice and clean. I always only book 1 ir 2 days, so i can see if i like what i get or fund another place. But i extended my stay all doing my time spent here.
The appartment area are safe day & night.
It close to center city, so lots if restaurants, stores and so on, even late at evening.

Property was clean and spacious, very central for everything, bars restaurants , transport, a couple of little niggles, we asked for one of the rooms to be a twin but it was made up as a double luckily mother and saughter slept together, not what they wanted but coped with it, would have been an issue if not mother and daughter sharing a room the apartment sleeps 6 using the sofa bed in the lounge, it was awful to sit on and worse to sleep on it was likexsleeping on a rock, not good if you are advertising an apartment that sleeps 6 which included this bed, it should hhave been a lot better if being classed as another bedroom and the shower hook on the wall qould not hold the shower properly had to shower one handed while holding the shower head otherwise water went all over the place. I would stay there again but not tonuse the sofa bedxas a 3rd bed, be warned

It was the worst experience I've ever had, they are extremely rude staff & the pictures shown are completely different from the reality. I don't advise anyone to think about getting even one day with them .They will never get you back your money and they will keep giving you all their own fake terms without any respect

Excellent apartment right in the heart of Budapest. Numerous bars and restaurants right outside the door.Safe, secure and quiet apartment block. Friendly, helpful staff. I’d highly recommend.
