The staff was very helpful. The room looked right out onto the cobblestone, narrow street. We were invited to enjoy a room at the top of the building to look out over the city. The bathroom was a bit unexpected, as the shower was not separated from the rest of the room, resulting in a very wet room after using the shower.

hotel Pallotta Assisi is a nice hotel and is close to all the historical sites.My room was big and bed comfortable Stefano the proprietor was very welcoming,kind went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and I particularly enjoyed having afternoon tea and cake. The lady who does the cleaning is nicest I have ever met and very friendly. I had planned to have lunch at their nearby trattoria which I heard is amazing,unfortunately I had to leave a bit earlier. I will definitely stay at Hotel Pallotta Assisi again

We loved this place! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, near the Piazza del Comune and many shops and restaurants. We're planning to come back to Assisi, and we definitely want to stay here again!

I loved this B&B. I only stayed 1 night but actually tried to delay my plans so I could stay another. It is right in the heart of town with a charming vibe and very nice people. The upstairs balcony is nice and the room was very clean. I loved Assisi as a whole and would return to [XX]. Great price for a comfortable, welcoming stay.

This is my second stay at Hotel Pallotta, and I honestly wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I return again!

Friendly, clean, very helpful, great location. It had the feel of a B&B. Owners allowed us to check in late in the evening. They also have a restaurant nearby with great food at reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again.

There were many thoughtful extra amenities such as a guidebook, afternoon tea, and a lovely breakfast with excellent cappuccino! We loved our time in Assisi and Hotel Pallotta made a wonderful home away from home!

Very welcoming small hotel with picturesque frontage ideally situated for wandering round Assisi. Personal service by hotelier for breakfast and the tea and cake available in the afternoon was a joy. Lots of nice touches with water and ice available and plenty of literature. Hotel has free parking not far away. The family run a trattoria off the piazza comune which was excellent in quality and value. It was very hot 35*C when we were there and the rooms have no air conditioning although effective fan helped. The room and bathroom were small simple and clean. Access is by stairway which might be difficult if mobility limited. We spent a very enjoyable five nights there.

We had a wonderful friendly stay here with access to roof top lounge, home prepared breakfast and individually prepared coffee. It felt more like a B n B than a hotel. The staff were professional and friendly and helpful. Assisi was a great experience all round. One morning we got up early to walk to a Hermitage a trip of 8 km, and we got back to the hotel just after breakfast time had finished tired and hungry. The staff were very flexible and accommodating allowing us to have a very late breakfast and prepared us cappucinos as well. This was a very lovely thing for us as we expected that it would be too late and we would have to eat in the village. However this was not the case and we enjoyed a long and late breakfast come lunch at Hotel Palotta!! We had dinner at their restaurant one night and that was a wonderful experience of delicious food in a wonderful atmosphere.

Stefano was the best. He was so helpful even went out of his way to assist us with mailing a package home to USA. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Raphael made dinner reservations for us. just a wonderful group of people.

The hotel is very well placed for visiting the sights of Assisi. The rooms are basic though reasonably comfortable but let down by the primitive shower with no enclosure or curtains so the bathroom floor gets soaked when you have a shower. Also the bedside lights were too dim to read by.

Both my husband and I were sick during this part of our trip. This was a very cozy place to have to be sick. They were kind and hospitable. The baked goods incredibly good and homemade. We were only able to get out for a few hours each day, but the location made that just fine. Everything is in walking distance. It's like stepping into another world. Charming, ancient, warm and friendly.
