The room was clean & comfortable. Convenient over night stay with great breakfast selection.

My wife is in a wheelchair and a roll in shower is essential. The water did not come on in the shower no matter the twisting and turning of the knobs. Adjusting the front knob was not even a possibility for me wife once out of her chair and on the shower seat. The back handicap bar was placed wrong and did not allow her to sit securely on the shower seat.
Also the ice machine was two countertop bullet ice machines. Ice was given out in ziplock bags.
As my wife has multiple health issues, our time away from home is rare. $149.00 for the night is a large amount to pay for a non working shower and janky ice maker.

Tyrone (I think that was his name) that checked us in was awesome! My hubby got hurt unloading the car and he was so quick to help us. He was the best thing about that hotel!!

It was a nice stay. The hotel and room were clean. Large flat screen tv. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and blankets were soft and clean We would stay there again.

Hotel staff was great but the rooms are outdated and dirty. It was a bug in the shower and the bathroom wasn’t clean. It just looked like the housekeeper rushed through “cleaning” it, if that’s what you want to call clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was substandard exhaust fan switch on wall was broke and had been for some time. Bathroom fixtures rusted, no soaps/shampoo and very little water pressure.
Additionally hotels.com had our listed for $168.37 same as receipt but the hotel charged my credit card $190.00

We are frequent visitors of Marriott hotels. Our room in this Fairfield Inn was comfortable overall, with the exception of the pull-out sofa bed. The mattress was in horrible condition. One of my daughters slept on it...a bed of springs. It truly was terrible. And the room smelled musty and humid. Regardless, the room served our overnight purpose. But, if a guest is going to pay almost $200 for an overnight stay, the room should be comfortable for all, and without horrible smell.

It is a comfortable hotel to have a quick overnight stay with a good breakfast and employees that are knowledgeable and friendly. The property has a few things that could be worked on in regards to their maintenance other than that it is a good value for their price.

The television picture in our room was very dark, unable to connect to the Internet or Netflix TV channels. I had to move the furniture around and unplugged lights in order to plug in my phone and iPad iPad plugs
When I went down to have breakfast at a quarter after nine this morning, the servers were putting away the food already and it was supposed to stay open until 930 and they complained whenever I said that, I wanted the breakfast to another server in the room behind the serving area I heard her whole conversation.

We were very disappointed in the room reservation being cancelled the day of arrival, especially since I had made reservations 3 weeks prior & had been sent an email three days prior stating my reservations were set. I would expect Expedia to call or text with the message instead of email. I will plan to deal directly with lodging properties next time.

Upon arrival the hotel was clean, and staff friendly. When we got to our room it was hot and I couldn’t get the air to kick on. So I went back to the front desk and asked what I was doing wrong, certain it was me doing something wrong. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed that I was asking. He told me it was locked, he couldn’t lower it and it would turn on once it reached a certain temp. Long story short, it never turned on. We ended up opening the window, which would have been totally fine except we were on the first floor. So it didn’t feel safe. We closed the window before going to sleep and woke up sweating a couple hours later.
I will say, it was convenient to food, target, and gas.
