They serve a wonderful hot breakfast in the mornings that is free. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Rooms could be refurbished as you can tell by normal wear and tear.

The staff members in this hotel were pleasant and helpful. We were greeted promptly, politely and given adequate directions to find our way around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and the staff member serving it was accommodating. However, upon arrival, I went to my room and noticed what appeared to be tomato soup spilled on the door handle and door. Cleaning it off, it did indeed look like tomato soup. The bathroom appeared to be not cleaned at all. A necklace had been left on the counter, making it look like the counter had not been wiped down. The bathtub was slick and seemed oily. The carpet in the room was very stained, there were cigarette burns on the curtains and the surfaces had not been wiped off. The gardens on the grounds were full of weeds and not kept up at all. The elevator was in need of a good cleaning as was the pool. This was a very disappointing experience.

Everything was what I would expect while staying here. It wasn’t exceptional just basic. Gym was ok and so was the breakfast. The toilet needed some attention, just gross. Luckily, the unit kept the room cold which was a bonus. Staff was very friendly.

This is the safest and best hotel in Anderson Indiana to stay in. The staff was very courteous in my room was cleaned every day I was there. I will return when I visit Anderson again.

Our stay at this hotel was good enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was ok. The coffee was good. But there were several little things that started mounting up. I’ll list in order of noticing… Stains on the carpet. Unattractive and unattended. Toilet was leaking. Water on floor around base. Pool deck was dirty. Water cloudy. Wads of hair around pool and in the water. Eeww! Shampoo pump didn’t work. Locked bottles didn’t allow access. HVAC unit was really loud. Ran out of toilet paper (one night stay). No back up. Breakfast was not very well stocked. An hour before closing up, I had to ask for more coffee, more bacon, more scrambled eggs, more pancake mix… As I said, the staff was friendly and helpful and responded to our need for shampoo and TP, and said “thanks” for letting them know about the leaking toilet. They also restocked the breakfast items as they were able(?). I will say the beds were very comfy! Not sure I would choose this hotel again.

The staff was excellent at the desk, dining and housekeeping. The pool, however, had mud around its deck from someone accessing it from outdoor, and there were "hair balls" floating in the pool as well as a fairly cold water temperature.

It was right off the main road so easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do.

hey. I was charged $50 for incidentals at check in. I didn't charge anything to my room, and I paid for the room when I made the reservation, but I looked at me credit card account, and the $50 charge was still there. How do I get that $50 back?

It was fine. The renovated lobby and breakfast area is nice. The hotel was quiet and staff is friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Peephole had tissue shoved in it so it wasn't usable. The walls/ceiling seemed very thin as I could hear the people running up and down the hall and the people above sounded as if they had a mini horse staying with them. The room was nice and clean. The elevator was not in order, as I found out upon check in. Thankfully I only had one flight of stairs. I would stay here again if in the area.

Worst part is the elevator doesn't work. Hopefully that will be fixed ASAP. Rooms weren't ready when guests were arriving to check in. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel guests were friendly, the bed was very comfortable!!

Room was not ready said to come bak in half hour came back still not ready came back again and was told only room left is on 3rd floor and the elevator was broke. My wife has bad knee had to walk up 40 stairs

Elevator was out due to renovation, but employees were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was located in a convenient location with plenty of options for meals. The hotel is under renovation which it truly needs. Our room would have been fine, but it wasn't the cleanest. I could smell 'urine' when I walked in the room. I'm not sure I understand how beds are being made now, but it was hard to discern the top sheet from the comforter and feel that I was sleeping between clean sheets. The top of the bed is set higher off the floor that needed, making it difficult for both my husband (5ft 8in) and myself (5ft) to get into. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet had some options for most people. Finally, the elevator was under repair, so the night clerk helped carry our luggage to the upper floor.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The breakfast attendant was super sweet and did a fantastic job. We would stay here again when in the area.

Elevator was broken. Had to get another room because the bathroom was out of order in the first. Bathroom was dirty. I've machine didn't work. Light was out at the side entrance.

Staff very friendly and vey helpful

Mixed feelings about this one. Pool was shut down for maintenance and elevator was broken. We were only on second floor so no big deal. Room furnishings were worn and stained. Nice staff and quiet, no hi way noise. Just has an old and tired feel to it.

Elevator was broken with was less than ideal after a day of travel. The hotel has a funky smell and the room seemed old and dirty. This would not be my 1st choice if back in that area. The hotel is in need of upgrading the rooms to remove the stained carpet.

The hotel was under partial construction at the time. It disrupted the use of the pool, and maybe some of the amenities for others but in the middle of the winter, it really doesn’t matter. The staff was very nice from the nice gentleman who checked me in to the folks, serving breakfast and cleaning the facilities in the morning. The breakfast provisions were very tasty and the food was fresh. The room was spacious and clean. It had a spa tub which is a nice feature if you want to soak away your pain from too much activity. I didn’t necessarily feel smarter because I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, but I got a good night’s sleep.

Good stay

The only issue I had was when the pipe burst on the 3rd floor. No one told us that it happened until I was in the shower and the water was shut off. I has soap on me and couldn’t rinse off. I wouldn’t of gotten in the shower if they would off called the room.
